Shannon Dailey provided an excellent car buying experience, providing great customer service and making the process very quick and painless. I scheduled time with Shannon for a test drive, already having some of the pre-work completed prior to arrival (i.e. trade-in information, model w/specific features available, etc.). Shannon is very knowledgeable about the various models and features. He took the time to assist with setting up features and answering any last minute questions. I would purchase another car from Shannon, the experience was that terrific!
