Big store with lots of craft products. Great to keep the kids occupied.

Great central location for sewing and craft supplies. Downstairs from street level in a basement area, Lincraft sells homewares, crafts, fabric, and sewing patterns. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We found what we wanted, stickers for kids, after trying a few other places. Friendly staff on the cash register so a good experience overall.

This had great prices and a wide range of craft and arts products especially for knitting and sewing.

I hit what I wanted but didn't like going below street level.

Standard, if a little small, Lincraft outlet. Sewing machines on sale, plenty of fabric to choose from, and all the essentials for the haberdashery enthusiast.

Brendan was super helpful and knew exactly where all the products I needed were, for the best prices!

Staff are extremely helpful, the store was a bit cramped when I visited but I overheard they were in the middle of revamping the layout

The craft materials are both pricey and cheap but all together its a nice place to buy craft.

As an FYI for any disabled crafters (Im not) the lift is around the corner of the main entry escalators on Elizabeth St. Just around the corner on Bourke Street - the sign on the buildings pillar will point you in the right direction xxx

I honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences here. Walked up to two employees to ask a question. Not one of them greeted me or acknowledged me, I stood there for a solid 15 seconds waiting for them to finished their conversation (mind you I was standing right up at the counter). Then one of the girls walked off to finish what she was doing and the older lady served me. I asked her if they had a certain type of material. She flat out says no. She s didn t reccomend any material that s similar. All of her responses were just no. The other girl came back and she was able to reccomend a product to which suited what I wanted perfectly (tablecloth material) I don t know what was going on that day for the older lady but how she treated me was totally not cool. Credits to the younger girl for at least making me a satisfied customer.

I am in love with this store. All the craft items under one roof. Plus there are always some exciting deal. My daughter simply enjoys being here.

It's got all the stuff you need in a Lincraft. Beware during winter, it's really really warm! (Good though.)

There s also an older woman with owlish hair that often serves me who is I often find rude and cranky. Don t know her name but she must be of a higher rank and working there for a while.

Big enough to stock all you need. Small enough to find them.

Small format Lincraft, but still has all the essentials

People who do craft work, designs, stitchings do visit this place. I like them. I have their memory foam pillow which is a fantastic quality and it is available for just 15 AUD

Awful choices for fabric, very limited and terrible quality

Wide range of supplies, needed something that wasn t on the shelf and the lady at the fabric station was able to find it for me.

Good for bargains. Not good if you need a peaceful shopping experience without incessant, tinny carols emanating from various Christmas gadgets and geegaws.

Amazing. Never knew such place in Melbourne existed. You can do/start any DIY here. They have everything!!

The fabric range is pretty pathetic if you want anything other than cheap cotton in primary colours. Missing bare essentials for craft or tailoring, and the products they do have are low quality and overpriced. Just save yourself the disappointment and take a tram down to Spotlight.

This store needs more space, and it was somewhat not properly lit at the time of my visit - not ideal if you want to compare yarn colours...

Good selection and well informed staff, could do with a larger number of staff members but apart from that, all in all, a good shopping experience.

CBD store did not stock an advertised product and staff did not want to make any effort to check if they were getting it in or could get from another store.
