Amazing customer service.

I bought a pair of Thorogood boots in January through Grown & Sewn. After a couple of months, no sign of the boots so I contacted them to get a tracking number to see was going on. After many emails back and forward to figure out what was going on, G&S offered to replace the boots that were lost by the postage service (so not their fault) with a once off voucher they had received to Red Wing shoes (or full refund if I wanted it). Absolutely amazing customer service, would recommend to anyone.
