Totally regretting making an order with this compa...

Totally regretting making an order with this company ! Took money straight away, no sign of the order after nearly double the amount of working delivery days stated, phone lines not taking calls, emails not answered and website states unable to cancel ..... maybe stop marketing across differing channels and pull resources onto fulfillment and customer service !!!
