I usually do not post bad reviews, but this one I have to. Alissa Fischer in customer service is so bad. She took more than 2 months to place a fan order for our home. 6 weeks after placing the order she tells me the fan is not available. They still haven't processed the refund for me. I am going to take this up with BBB. Horrible customer service!

Knowing that we can count on you for the outstanding service, products and value that you provide is paramount to us. There are so many components to building and remodeling that can go wrong. We know that Lighting Inc. provides us with excellent customer service, upfront and also follows up on the back end. Even years after the fixture has been supplied, our homeowners tell us that you go back and take care of them if there is a manufacturer warranty issue. You might notice that I wrote service first. We have found over the years that our owners rarely remember or value the savings they get on poorly manufactured products when they fail or are happy for the savings when the service isn't reliable. You and Lighting Inc are at the top of our vendor list. It is a pleasure to working with you.

Always a great experience here, from design to after sales service, they are always great and very easy to deal with. Definitely worth a visit.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They're always willing to help and patient with their customers. Highly recommend going in and taking a look around and working with a sales rep. They have fixtures that fit any budget and the sales reps weren't pushy towards us at all which we like.

So useless. Went in to see if i can get a replacement for a broken fixture cover. I had the broken cover with me and they asked to bering the entire fixture in to check the code on the back . Giving 2 stars and not 1 because the parking was easy and the place looks neat and tidy.

If I could give this staff less than 1 star, I would. We we re extremely excited about going to this store because we have a rotunda we need a chandelier for in our new home. My husband and I were ignored by the man with the ponytail at the front desk. We said hello, and he proceeded to look at us and put his headphones in. We STILL continued to shop through the store trying to see past his rudeness. Throughout our walk through, many employees were available and walking around but never said one word to us. This was extremely odd because we were the only customers in the store. At this point my husband was ready to leave. I decided to walk up to another gentleman and ask if he or anyone else were planning on helping or even speaking to us. I told him we were here for a specific reason and we ve been completely ignored. This gentleman s name was Mark. Mark, was also no help. Even in hearing the frustration in my voice, he didn t offer an apology or an explanation as to why we ve been ignored. He just got up and asked if I had any questions about the product. My husband decided he would give Mark a chance to redeem himself and show us around the showroom. Again, no real help in that area either. During this time, 3 more shoppers walk in. They were greeted... they were helped... their experience was MUCH different. The other 3 shoppers were white. The entire staff was white. My husband is black and I am mixed. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. I would love to hear from an executive at Lighting Inc. as to why their employees have failed the company with the lack of customer service to black customers. It s disgusting.

Gabriel provided excellent customer service when I called him regarding the status of an order. Very personable , professional and prompt.

Order cancelled and refund promised within 2-3 weeks - it is now over two months and still haven't received refund. I have called four or 5 times and always told it is being processed and I will get it in a few days. Filing with BBB now, guess small claims will have to follow.

Really cool place. They have tons of variety and you can get great deals on sales. Good service.

The staff are very helpful and give you recommendations. They also have a lot of different types of light fixtures to choose from..

Awesome people. I purchased ceiling fans and all the lights for a new house many years ago. They were able to help me on some broken Globes that were no longer available

Susan is my go to for all my lighting needs. Her and the whole staff are almost too friendly compared to other places Ive been and the big box retailers. They carry all the brands so you are sure to be able to find the look and style you need. Looking forward to getting more lights from them soon.

We recently remodeled our home, and Lighting Inc. was one-stop shopping for all of our lighting needs. From our first visit, Brian was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for installation. They have a great selection, and they can order anything you want but don't see in store. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable! Lighting fixtures so striking they make you want to design and build around the art of the fixture. Look here before you design or decorate. Note: no table lamps. Bring your banker. It's worth it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This store has lousy customer service. I walked into the store to purchase lighting for multiple rooms. I thought a salesman was coming to greet me as I entered the store. He wasn't, he was coming to the front of the store to fill his coffee cup!! I wandered through the store, made my selections, and was looking for someone to help me complete my purchase. They were all either on the phone or pretended to be busy so I waited a little longer. I was never greeted, much less acknowledged by anyone in the store! I finally left. If a store cannot greet or acknowledge their customers, they are certainly not worthy of my business. There are many stores in the area that offer the same lighting and great customer service.

Working with Scott Bailey at Lighting Inc was one of the most positive experiences of my entire home remodel process. Lighting Inc was able to fulfill all of my lighting dreams at competitive pricing and believe me, I shop around for the best deals. But on top of that, Scott is truly a lighting expert. On site, he pointed out relatively inexpensive ways to optimize our lighting within our architecture, and we never would have thought of it, but what a difference. He taught me so much about temperature/color and provided incredible customer service from coming out to the house to evaluate ceiling heights and natural light to being in touch during ordering, even when he was on vacation! After getting my best prices matched and receiving incredible advice from a true expert, I highly recommend them.

This is a high end lighting fixture store. The staff is spot on and give great advice. If you're looking for something inexpensive for say a laundry room you're going to want to look elsewhere. We bought a beautiful ceiling fan here several years ago and will buy new ones there in the future. AMAZING selection
