I usually do not post bad reviews, but this one I have to. Alissa Fischer in customer service is so bad. She took more than 2 months to place a fan order for our home. 6 weeks after placing the order she tells me the fan is not available. They still haven't processed the refund for me. I am going to take this up with BBB. Horrible customer service!
