Not going to say who ..but she called my house very rudely speaking to me and my mother in law. She did not want to give out her name at first. Had no manners. Basically shouted and accused me of logging in at a time i never did. Not professional.

I'm on disability due to an injury that has made me dependent upon this agency for help, which honestly is disappointing and very disheartening.I didn't receive my benefits for the month of November 2020 with their response being "I didn't recertify in October, like I was supposed to" I responded "even though I received correspondence Oct.10 stating I was getting a raise"?The technician then changed her prior statement saying I needed to recertify prior!!?!?and I needed to go to the office to pick up the recertification paperwork instead of offering to mail it to me(due to Trinidad Co current serious covid-19 outbreak,& all public offices to be closed until further notice)(I had been advising the tech since Monday I've been in quarantine so I may have surgery Nov 13,2020 my response was "can you mail it to me,because I'm having surgery this coming week & I can't be out & about for that reason ,which in turn upset the technician enough for her to reply with "it might take a week possibly two before I receive it.So I got permission (reluctantly) from my surgeon to pick up my recert pack" at the office I have been unable to speak with Trudy until Friday 13 ,2020 when she began calling and leaving messages every 15 min while I was having surgery even though she spoke with my husband Friday 13, 2020@12:00 telling him we have to go have a face to face meeting even after we told her I'm NOT PERMITTED to go anywhere after my surgery Trudy responded if we value receiving our benefits we'd do it...So I guess you can say I'm between a rock and hard place.. hopefully I receive it in a timely manner, or at all I can't explain how upsetting and stressful it is to have my fate in someone else's hands. Their very unsympathetic & unprofessional in every way I was treated like I was stupid and no respect they can review "the recording" they say they recorded for "training purposes"
They aren't open on Wednesday, and you can only do things certain times of any day
Who in the heck would want to do anything here? It's not a happy place. And coming here wasn't fun for me or my grandchildren. Ugh
They moved there offices to the courthouse across the street more efficient..

Very lazy people who work there. Service suck. They can't do anything acting like there's a million of people to deal with when only its a small town. This would of got no stars!!!!
The picture is actually the old building it's a fort in Trinidad Co but at one point I needed assistance. The staff and officers there are great. Plus the building in general is a architectural masterpiece. Marble floors! I'm a proud Trinidadian
