Truly a light in the darkness. Lighthouse is on CPS's list of approved installers here in San Antonio. That would have been enough. Jeff does what he promises, deals with tough questions with grace and frankness. I can trust what I'm told. Lighthouse has proven to be punctual, detail oriented, and they clean up after themselves.

Installation was very smooth and Stan was so great to work with. We have had some issues with the optimizers since but Lighthouse Solar has been very responsive, fixing things as soon as possible. Hoping we have no further issues and if we do, the service stays as good.

Lighthouse Solar did an outstanding installation of solar panels on my house in Pflugerville. All aspects of the project from the design work to the installation went very smoothly. Lighthouse Solar presented design documents to my H.O.A. for their approval and was extremely attentive to my concerns related to location of the panels. Their work was very professional and took care of all the paperwork with Oncor for the rebates and permits with the city of Pflugerville. Every person I had contact with from the design, installation and even the office staff were awesome. I'm glad I did my research and found Lighthouse Solar on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. I really can't say enough good things about this company.

The service can't be beat with Lighthouse Solar. My system was installed when the house was built in 2015. I called for service and received a call back that same day. Once we went through some basic steps to try to repair, Jeff came out to take a look the next day. We've had many power surges and have caused the fuse to go bad. Now back up and running and couldn't be happier with the system and the service!! If you're looking for a fantastic system AND (just as important) fantastic service after install, these are guys are it.

I solicited several bids from my solar project. While Lighthouse's bid was higher in total cost, it was substantially lower in dollars per kW. The equipment selection met my criteria. Installation was smooth. Only complaint would be the wait for Austin Energy to perform the inspection. Will recommend to my neighbors.

Had my panels installed in 2014 but recently had a problem with the inverter. They replaced it quickly and under warranty. Jeff is super responsive, quick to get back with phone calls. Just very professional. So happy Lighthouse installed my system and continues to take care of it.

Lighthouse Solar - Great Customer Service! My lightguage went out recently. I like using my lightguage to monitor my power consumption as well as to see how much power I'm producing. I called them up and they set up an appointment to come and see what was wrong with it. Lance was my tech (I believe that was his name) that day and he called before he came to make sure I was at home. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem and also noticed that I was given full panel access for my solaredge as well. He also had that fixed and said that I could now see how each of the panels were doing. Thanks again!

We got our solar panels installed by Lighthouse Solar this past May. Jeff Bendall & his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, thorough & clean. Recently the COA finally came to install their meter & inspect Lighthouse's work. I wasn't home for that so I called Jeff and he kindly walked me through confirming COA's meters were set up & running correctly. Great experience overall!

The team here has been really good with their business and very customer friendly. The installation team made changes to our needs and were very timely. Jay Johnson, the onsite technician, was very helpful in walking through the equipment and giving tips for optimal performance. Gives one the freedom to reach them as and when one needs them.

Our PSW home had solar panels installed by Lighthouse. I worked with Ali and Lance to get our activation going. Ali was on top of everything and very helpful in making sure we knew what was going on. Lance came out to do the actual activation and he was super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my dumb questions. The Lightguage product that came with the system is phenomenal -- it tells you how much energy is generated by the PV system, as well as how much energy your household uses. It's not entirely accurate, at least compared to the bills you receive from City of Austin Utilities, but it's close enough for getting a general overall sense. Best of all, the information is realtime!. Everyone should have Lightguage installed even if they don't have solar panels!!!

If you want a quality solar panel, a professional installation team, amazing support from the office personnel, then you want to contact Lighthouse Solar. We enjoyed working with them so much that we had them do the necessary work when we bought a hot tub and had no room left on our panel. They stand behind their product, they stand behind their work. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Worked with Jeff, Jay, and Quentin to design and deploy a 10kW roof mount system on my place in Dec '16. Talked to many NABCEP contractors in the Austin area and these guys were more my style - relaxed and not in your face, and they were also open to me specing my own equipment. I still owe you guys cookies, I haven't forgotten ;)

Mr. Jeff stayed in touch with me regularly once I contacted him regarding my solar panels not functioning correctly. Once all was fixed and functioning at 100%, Mr. Jeff displayed knowledge and took the time to share the knowledge with me while I was signed into the solar Egauge Center. He explained what everything meant and demonstrated how to get to certain features on the gauge. I would recommend this team and company for all your solar needs.

This is the first time I wrote a Google review. But I feel I must send the applause to Lighthouse Solar as a happy customer.

Our solar system stopped working and the original installer is noway to be contacted. A friend recommended Lighthouse Solar and I found their excellent reviews on Google. So I decided to give them a try. I talked with Jeff Bendall on the phone in the afternoon, and he showed up at my door at 6:30pm the same day. Amazing, right?

Jeff troubleshot the problem on the site with the help from manufacturer's technical support, and found out the cause. Because our system is still within the manufacturer warranty, a new equipment was ordered right away. Jeff also adjusted some wiring under the solar panels to prevent the future potential trouble. We really appreciated Jeff's SUPER PROMPT response and valued his outstanding technical skills to help us. He also helped find the egauge id and told us the url which could let us monitor the solar production and electricity consumption. Jeff's service was absolutely going above the average. Thumbs up!

Then about 9 days later, I received the call from Jeff with the news that the new equipment has arrived and Corry, the technician was on his way to our residence to replace the bad one. Corry arrived on time and completed the job neat and solid. Now our solar is back thanks to Jeff and Corry. BTW, both Jeff and Corry are very polite, patient with questions, and professional.

In the end, the charge for the service was very reasonable too. Highly recommended Lighthouse Solar.

We have been extremely pleased with Lighthouse Solar; the installation was done in a timely manner and everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Jeff had the answers to all our questions and was happy to spend as much time as needed getting us comfortable with the system. And the best part is the system is working great lowering our electric bill tremendously (we have had multiple bills around $20 total)!

We had 14 panels installed. Lighthouse did a great job and the panels look fantastic and work great. They are a wonderful company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into solar.

Four years ago this spring Lighthouse Solar (Stan Pipkin was who I dealt with) was very busy with a huge installation in the then new Mueller development (formerly Austin's airport) but still found time to handle our small job of 16 panels. Each has a micro inverter for the 250w panels, so only 110v ac current comes off of the roof. It floats over the raised seam metal roof and is attached with only clamps. So as well as electricity, it gives cooling shade to an otherwise hot metal roof in the Texas heat.

I have been extremely pleased for four years. The array only supplies about 40% of our annual needs, but there is room for many more panels. Last month I still had a -$0.04 bill from Austin Energy!

Jeff and Stan installed a system on our house a number of years ago and it's been solid. They followed up with some repairs afterward and were very helpful & professional about it. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their installation expertise and post-install customer service!

In January 2019, I purchased and installed Solar Panels for my home. The company, Lighthouse Solar did a great job with the purchase, as well as service after the sale! I have just purchased another Solar Panel System from Lighthouse for our second home. I highly recommend Lighthouse Solar!

Lighthouse installed a 15.4kW ground mounted system for me in Driftwood TX. They were flexible in allowing me to build the ground mount myself (and actually helped me with materials and a post hole driller after a regular 4ft auger failed). The installation was fast and the folks were professional. Jeff helped explain/answer several of my concerns (e.g. overloading the elec panel bus) and was responsive via email or text. Robb the sales guy was also very patient explaining things and I felt I got a better price than competing installers. We are happy with the system and just passed a 20MW production milestone.

I had my roof, windows and solar panels done on my house through a company. When all was done I had an issue with my solar not producing energy. I received a call from David scally asking me about my solar because they monitor your solar production to make sure everything is working as it should. There was a technical setup issue with my inverter that was resolved over the phone after normal business hours by David. I would recommend lighthouse solar to all my friends.

Lighthouse installed a 8.1k, 27 panel, sunny boy inverter with SMA grid tied system on my hanger roof. Design, planning, install, and education service was exceptional. Lighthouse was prompt at getting us an informed quote, worked with us to lay out a few different options of panels and arrays that might meet our needs, and clearly explained their pros and cons. Lighthouse Solar did an excellent job installing our system. From our initial meeting to installation and follow-up, the staff was always pleasant to work with. We are so pleased with our panels and how they are performing. Also, the LightGauge online monitoring allows us to keep tabs on the performance of our panels vs energy consumption. When we are out of town, we like to pull up the LightGauge monitoring so we can see if there's anything out of the ordinary happening at our house. All the way around, Lighthouse Solar gets an A++!
