This is the first time I wrote a Google review. But I feel I must send the applause to Lighthouse Solar as a happy customer.

Our solar system stopped working and the original installer is noway to be contacted. A friend recommended Lighthouse Solar and I found their excellent reviews on Google. So I decided to give them a try. I talked with Jeff Bendall on the phone in the afternoon, and he showed up at my door at 6:30pm the same day. Amazing, right?

Jeff troubleshot the problem on the site with the help from manufacturer's technical support, and found out the cause. Because our system is still within the manufacturer warranty, a new equipment was ordered right away. Jeff also adjusted some wiring under the solar panels to prevent the future potential trouble. We really appreciated Jeff's SUPER PROMPT response and valued his outstanding technical skills to help us. He also helped find the egauge id and told us the url which could let us monitor the solar production and electricity consumption. Jeff's service was absolutely going above the average. Thumbs up!

Then about 9 days later, I received the call from Jeff with the news that the new equipment has arrived and Corry, the technician was on his way to our residence to replace the bad one. Corry arrived on time and completed the job neat and solid. Now our solar is back thanks to Jeff and Corry. BTW, both Jeff and Corry are very polite, patient with questions, and professional.

In the end, the charge for the service was very reasonable too. Highly recommended Lighthouse Solar.
