Called for an appointment for an estimate. Was give a window of 1-3. Made sure I took care of all personal business to be at home for this window. At 2:30 I get a call tech is 30 minutes out. 3pm nothing. 3:30pm nothing. 4pm, nothing. I call the office to find out what is going on. I was told the tech was held up but would still like to come out. No phone call. No text. No thanks. I'll find a competitor that will value my time..... UPDATE: The tech finally called to apologize and said "The boss pulled him into a meeting, and he couldn't say No". I guess the boss thinks business is pretty good to blow off potential paying customers.
