Excellent place to watch a movie. This venue offers and alternative selection of movies, not only the "mainstream" American movies you can find in any other place.

They do author weeks and theme weeks, choosing a director or a topic to dedicate a full week.

The screens are very nice and you can have a pint while watching the movie, which is always a plus.

Best cinema in Dublin for me.

Great place! It has the feel of an art museum. Good choice of movies: a mix of blockbusters and independent jems. Also on the Luas line and easy to reach and away from the crowds that jam the most commercial cinemas. They also screen mother and baby shows

Great cinema. Good selection of classics and new movies. Prices are fair and getting parking validated means a day out isn't too expensive. Seats are comfortable, sound is pleasantly loud and the picture is one of the best I've seen. Very sharp projections. A must visit for any movie buff.

Somehow I don't enjoy breathing alcohol coming out everyone's stomach. Also, it's pretty much noisy. This opinion is based on many occasions experience.
What seems to be a cinema great strategy (to sell alcohol inside) looks a good reason to me to stop using the service.

Great cinema! Shows most big movies along with a great selection of smaller ones and frequent "specials" nights. They also have a cafe and a bar which means you can buy beer/wine to take into the screenings.

I was delighted to see the lighthouse cinema open again it was always my favourite cinema experience when I was in city Centre. I believe the most comfortable seats in any cinema and plenty of leg space . Though I am saddened to see the admission prices rise pretty significantly 12.50 for evening viewing is slightly expensive. I understand times have been financially difficult for any entertainment don t mind Live performance. A tiered price structure with earlier viewings is something I d like to see. Other than that I still recommend this gem of a cinema

Beautiful and modern in it's decor an excellent art house driven cinema. Comfortable seating and fellow patrons are always mindful of cinema etiquette. Serves a good selection of alcohol also.

A fantastic cinema in a very convenient location. I like them because I can go see big movies later on when all the big wave has gone down. And with busy life it is nice to have an option not to rush. Also their old movie showings are great. Like before new Blade Runner they showed the old one. Very cool

Possibly the best cinema in the city. The cafe is fantastic and the movies they show are usually more interesting than the alternatives. If they had a scheme on par with Cineworld's Unlimited scheme I would never go anywhere else.

I was always have a good time here. They show alot of classic films and sometimes have q&a's. Only problem I would say is drinks are too small when you get popcorn you would need like two drinks. Overall a great experience would recommend it to friends.

Easily the best cinema in Dublin. If you're not looking for major blockbusters anyway.. Not quite as art-house as some cinemas but defintely the coolest.
Comfortable and spacious.
Decent bar and you can bring a drink into the screen with you.
Nice cafe, and they have a good selection of Gluten Free snacks for Coeliacs like me (Keoghs crisps, Aines chocolate, jelly beans, GF beer by Estrella and Wicklow Wolf).
Really good loyalty scheme, and friendly staff!

This cinema is an amazing escape from the rest of the city. It doesn't have the high foot traffic of the omniplex's in town but its also not as "elitist" as the IFI either. Its comfortable has an eclectic line up, great seasonal programs and a fantastic bar in the basement.

Staff are friendly and clearly movie lovers and generate a great atmosphere throughout.

Brilliant cinema. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the seats etc are really nice. Would definitely recommend it as it s easy to get to as well as being relatively cheap. They also do a lot of good offers - especially for students.
