Placed an online order on November 19. The money was immediately taken from my account, but due to technical malfunction, I don't receive a confirmation email from my order. After about 5 telephones and 3 emails I still don't know anything. They are working on it ..... but for their part I have still not received an email, telephone or a simple text message when and how a solution will be found. A real shame that such a company treats their customers so amateurishly. Will be my last time I order there !!
