I was so impressed with Liddle & Liddle that 5 stars is not enough! I have a condo that I rent out and I'm not a "professional landlord." Shortly after our most recent tenant moved it, it became clear that he was trying to set us up for a lawsuit. The team at Liddle & Liddle did an amazing job of helping us avoid making mistakes and get the bad tenant out with as little of a headache as possible. They made me feel confident that I was protected and well represented. If I had another problem in the future, there is no question that Liddle & Liddle will be my lawyers!

What a nightmare working with them is. AN EXPENSIVE NIGHTMARE. THAT NEVER ENDS.

A truly terrible experience. Poor communication, lousy service, many mistakes. They're called Liddle & Liddle because LIDDLE and LIDDLE is how much time and effort they put in for their clients.

I'm a 74 year old retiree who needed help evicting a squatter from property I recently inherited. Liddle & Liddle was recommended to me by another attorney who had worked with them in the past. The whole eviction process was new to me so Liddle & Liddle took the time to walk me through the entire process from a simple eviction to an Unlawful Detainer (UD). Liddle & Liddle is an excellent firm to help you maneuver through the complex eviction laws of California. If I'm ever involved with another eviction, and I hope not, this is the firm I'd go to.

Great advise and service for Landlords. It's way better to ask questions and get informed before you have a problem. If you screwed up or your tenant has gone bad they will give you the advise and help you need to minimize the damage and move on to better things. They are eviction specialists and know Southern California Courts. Save yourself some money and call them before your problem gets worse.

My firm has been a client of Liddle and Liddle for a number of years and use them almost exclusively for our tenant related matters. They are consistent and diligent in their approach and strive for the best possible outcome for building owners and tenants.

My father had an excellent experience with Liddle & Liddle. They were very honest and looked out for clients. Liddle & Liddle not only helped to evict non-paying renters, but also helped to recover 3-month rents that were owed even though it took a while. But they never forgot because they cared for the welfare of the clients.

These folks seem pretty legit. I dealt with them in support of my sister so I don't have all the details. I'm not sure if they fully explained the eviction process to my sister, so I can't comment on the full process and how, if at all, they advised her.

I sent them a couple of emails via their website and never received a response. The woman answering the phone said they hadn't received them. Since it was handled via their website I don't consider her response an acceptable excuse. However, she did answer my questions and send me the information I requested in a very timely fashion.

Very low key and professional. We were put at ease and all aspects of the procedure were explained with what to expect.
