So prob a mo or more ago i found this place online and ordered 4 things. They do take a little time in getting it to you but that is ok? The harness i ordered in a lg was sent in a med. This would not work! Did not tru it on my dog and the tag was left on. Called the customer service dept and was told the returns dept would contact me. When they finally did by email they said they needed a pic of the item emailed to them. I texted them a pic while i am thinking i have never had a business do this! Never heard back! Yesterday i called again and was told someone would be in touch yesterday. Never heard a word! Beware!

Posh Puppy is the best place to get adorable clothes for your four legged babies. They have a large variety to chose from, and the quality of their products is excellent. On top of that, their customer service is great. They are easy to get a hold of, and very helpful.
Beware! Only cares about taking your money not keeping their word. Very poor customer service. I purchased 4 different size bow ties to try on my dog, told the girl I would come back, specifically asked about return policy, was told that I could return the items No Problem as long as I had receipt and tags still on items. When I went back an hour later to return 3 of the bow ties, with my receipt and tags intact, I was issued a store credit and told that was their policy. That is fine if that is their policy except that is not what I was told when I directly asked. I would have never purchased if I couldn t return for a refund. I only need to try sizes for my dog. Will never by anything from his company again. Have filed report with better business bureau and disputed with my credit card company. It is in effect stealing when they directly go against what they say.
You call yourselves an upscale dog boutique?? I have not received my order that I placed THREE WEEKS AGO. I called this past Monday to check on the status of my order and was told that my order was being shipped out that afternoon and that they use priority shipping. I conveniently got an email 5 minutes later that my order had been shipped out. It is now Thursday evening and I still have nothing (THREE WEEKS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER). I used the tracking number that was given to me to find out that my order has clearly still not been shipped out yet. This is completely unacceptable. I am a first time customer and will definitely not make another purchase from this company ever again.

The jacket I bought was very well designed and made, it makes my baby look very stylish and makes her stand out when we walk. Most companies don't have a lot of stuff for medium to Big sized dogs but Posh puppy has a variety for all sizes. I would recommend them for any dog owner.
I found a collar that I loved here, but I couldn't order the matching leash separately. I called customer service and they were so helpful. Great experience.

I've ordered pearl hangers, a pearl necklace & the most adorable pink tutu with Candy Cane Princess written on it. There are many pet boutiques to select from, but Posh Puppy has amazing customer service. I had ordered stairs that were out of stock. Customer service contacted me & took the time to go over style, material & size so I could get what I needed. No need to shop other pet boutiques, this company sells all the designers & they take care of their customers.
Only purchase here if you have a lawyer. They will take your money, make a mistake, then claim they've refunded you. Sad way to run a business. Great way to con people.

I never take the time to write reviews especially not bad reviews but I felt like I have to save all of you from this company. I always shop for my puppy so I made an order with posh puppy after I searched for cute new stuff for her and I contact them to see when will I receive my package, they said they had to cancel it because my credit card didn't go throw, which was a lie but I was foolish to believe them and immediately paid them with a different credit card. After two weeks I got the package, 1 package but guess what? I look at my bank statement and I was charged twice. I contact them they claimed I order 2 different order and that they shipped both packages. I said I only got one package and they instead of resolving it start insulting me, harassing me and threating me in the worst way possible. Never in my life I never deal with worse customer searvice than this this. They threatened me to pay for extra package I never got, they start sending bills to my house double than the original cost, which was 100$. And a girle name Jennifer called me stupid because my english is not 100% and I didn't use a period in a sentence and of course a fraud because I never got a package. Can you believe it?? Have you ever been insulated like that because your english is not 100% does that give them the right to insult me?? Or the fact i never got a package?? My husband was very upset he called them try to get an apology but Jennifer was "away" and never called back. I promise you this is the worst place to buy at, they will fool you, double charge you, than they will insult you and try to shame you to pay them for no reason. Please never ever buy from them don't help them and give them power to insult other. Thank you.

terrible service! i ordered a winter coat for my dog, and a hoodie. First of all it tokk them 9!!!! business days to ship it out, moreover they stated that the coat is not available until March! i made the order in November. then the hoodie that they sent me was horrible quality, i wanted to send it back for a refund but they said they provide only a store credit. i wanted just to return the trash they sent me and never ever deal with them, but the whole process took me a month. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!

Regarding order # 84276. We ordered a fancy dog ribbon harness that is literally 4 pieces of ribbon. It was a Christmas gift that ended up being too small since their sizes are incorrect(apparently we needed a large for a dog that would normally be a small, kinda shady?!). We would have loved to exchange the product especially since it was over $100.00 still brand new with tags never even tried it on our dog. Due to some health issues and covid we were never able to reach out once again (we tried top reach out in march as well) until now to check on if we could still exchange the product. The girl on the phone was very rude and would not budge on exchanging a product that once again NEW WITH TAGS, NEVER USED OR EVEN TRIED ON OUR DOG. Very disappointed. We will not be purchasing from this business again even though we have literally spent thousands of dollars at this store and would have happily continued to. You would think they would like to keep a loyal customer. I've noticed other reviews also complaining about returns and proper sizing as well. I hope the business owner will respond with a kind solution to the issue we are facing then with the snarky remarks that were made towards others who have written poor reviews.

We have ordered and received multiple packages from this online business over the years. What stands out the most to me is customer service. When I could not complete an order, I was helped on the telephone by very kind and knowledgeable people; another time I actually checked out via online live chat, a first for me. The representatives seem to know their brand sizing well, and even colour. They patiently helped me get what I wanted. The second thing that stands out is the breadth of selection. They carry some of the best dog brands out there (Louisdog, P.L.A.Y., Puppy Angel, Susan Lanci, Wooflink, etc.), and their website is easy to navigate. They also have great sales.

Very disappointed in their customer service. Ordered the preppy stripe dog bowl and paid $25 to have our dog's name lettered on it. Plus shipping. Letters came off after one time in the dishwasher (bowl says it's dishwasher safe on the bottom). Was told (after weeks of back & forth) it shouldn't have been put in the dishwasher and if I wanted a replacement I'd have to pay shipping both ways!!!! The bowl should have had a label instructing me not to put it in the dishwasher or I should have been told. I thnk this speaks to the cheap quality of the lettering. Will never order from them again! We had planned to order more bowls but will get them elsewhere.

Horrible first experience. They don t have a stock of the knit toys - Buyers have to wait 2-3 weeks for each toy to be handmade, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Posh Puppy Boutique is not an Etsy store, where you would expect items to be handmade 1 x 1 ... It s an online store, which should have merchandise in stock. After waiting 10 days for communication/shipping confirmation I called to cancel the order, and was informed by a very rude representative that I would only get a store credit. So basically, I m canceling my order because I m unhappy with the service and handling of said order and they re hijacking my money (during a pandemic when everyone is watching their expenses no less) to force me to purchase from them again. Really nice. I applaud your manners, service to customers and professionalism.

I was deeply disturbed in dealing with this 'boutique'. I ordered a Halloween Costume online and only moments after, saw the exact same costume on two different websites for half the price. I immediately contacted them via email to let them know I wanted to cancel my order and was ignored. I subsequently sent two more emails only to be met with a shipping confirmation and a request to 'Yelp' them. This is where I wrote back and they finally responded. They are hiding behind their store policy. The problem with stores that have tough return policies is that the customer service, nor the product, met my expectations. It's the retailer's job to ensure that every consumer touchpoint lives up to the promise of a store's image. A lack of negative language (or lack thereof) avoids establishing an adversarial tone in the conversation, keeping the customer happier and more engaged.
I advised them I was going to refuse the package and they threatened to send it right back to me. I have emails where I went back and forth with this store and they were quite unpleasant. It finally escalated to the point that I no longer wanted to deal with them. I then proceeded to research reviews on this shop; they had countless poor customer service reviews, here on Yelp and other sites. They are also not BBB accredited with 8 complaints against them. I waited until the package was delivered, refused it, and then began my dispute with PayPal. Once the package was tracked as 'delivered' to Posh Puppy Boutique, I was refunded my money via PayPal. I would never order anything from this shop again and I would never suggest them to a friend or foe. There's plenty of 'pet boutiques' that do not have a ridiculous policy and actually are customer service-oriented.
I've ordered many things from this store, and recently called to let them know that an item was missing for an order that I placed. They took several days to get back to me, and when they did they said that they had forgotten to put the item into my order. Since the item was a holiday item and it had already been three weeks since I placed my order I emailed back and said to please cancel the item as it would no longer be useful as the one reason I was getting it was for Christmas photos for my dogs. This could have/should have been an easy fix but the woman/girl on the phone just said over and over that it was their policy, I ordered it....so whenever it would finally be delivered (I hope my dogs are alive by then) I am stuck with it. Truly awfully customer service. I have never asked them to help me in any way, and now they have a lost a great customer. I don't think that there is any reason to have a customer service line if you don't intend to be helpful. I will not continue to shop here, nor will I refer my clients here anymore.
Horrible deceptive customer service. We ordered a dog bed from them. Their site offers a 20% discount if you sign up for their email list. We did that and placed the order. A week later they come back and say that the bed color they had on their site was not available.
We looked over the options available and nothing was great. This is a $250 dog bed, so it should be what we really want. We asked if they would give a 25% refund on the order if we accepted another less appealing bed color. They said they would.
After the order was ready to ship I asked about the refund. The customer service lady named Brandi said "yes we are applying the 25% discount." She told us the amount was $12.00. We inquired how that could be?
She explained they were only willing to discount the item by a total of another 5% above what we received as a discount for signing up for their email newsletter. I told her we were very explicit in our request of a 25% refund which she agreed to.
Now they have sent the bed and are unwilling to resolve the issue. We will be forced to do a credit card chargeback on this item. Crappy customer service and I would be careful doing business with this group.
After circulating mini pet stores in California this was the one I fell in love with. When I moved back to the Midwest I continue to buy from them at least every month. They have such a vast array of different designers who I love and such a display of clothing. They also have very chic toys perfect for my little girl. Thanks again!

I bought some dog clothes at the Black Friday sale and while it took a few days longer to ship then I'd anticipated, everything came as expected and the packaging was outstanding; it was almost like getting a present! (Just to note, while the purchase was not a holiday gift, it did arrive before Christmas time.) I'd definitely purchase from them again.

There is nothing "posh" about this business other than the fact that they overcharge for foreign (Mexico) made pedestrian pet accessories.
I placed an order for 3 cherry raised pet feeders with a promise of 3-5 day shipping turnaround.
The first issue was that my items didn't ship for 9 days. A mild annoyance, but certainly forgivable.
The second issue was that when the feeders did arrive, instead of the elegant cherry color I was expecting from the online photos, I received a bright metallic red.
The third issue was was that I only received 2 of the 3 feeders, yet was charged for all three. That's 1/3rd of my order!
Okay, so things happen, thus I contacted their support team to rectify the problem. This turned out to be a separate annoyance.
Immediately I was presented with a generic Zendesk interface telling me to leave my email because support was busy and they'd get back to me, but someone entered the chat anyway. Unprofessional, but whatever.
I explained to the rep what was going on, so the first thing that was asked of me was to send a picture of the 2 units I received to "prove" I didn't receive 3. As if I couldn't have just taken one out of frame. So instead of checking the shipping weight of the manifest against the known weight of the items, I'm burdened with proving their error.
Once I did that, I was then told the returns department would be handling the case and getting back to me. When I asked how long that would take, I was told there was no way of knowing and I'd just have to wait.
They did get back to me the next day and offered me a refund only after I return the 2/3 received feeders to them at my own expense.
My overall impression of this company is that they are not customer oriented and unconcerned with the experience that the customer is having with this business. They've not only wasted my time with a delayed shipment, but further proved that my time is not valuable to them by screwing up my order and putting the onus on me to make it right. Not very "posh" at all.
