These folks seem pretty legit. I dealt with them in support of my sister so I don't have all the details. I'm not sure if they fully explained the eviction process to my sister, so I can't comment on the full process and how, if at all, they advised her.

I sent them a couple of emails via their website and never received a response. The woman answering the phone said they hadn't received them. Since it was handled via their website I don't consider her response an acceptable excuse. However, she did answer my questions and send me the information I requested in a very timely fashion.
