Customer service is really terrible. I got a message on my Windows laptop that Airplay is on and therefore program is not working, so I could not use my entire product ... Because I have an Apple program running on my Windows ??? Pissed customer service on the phone and that boy on the phone was a good word. Got a good feeling about it and then the misery began. I would receive software, but instead I received an email about a completely different problem (including typos). Responded that it was the wrong mail, but no answer. Still sent reminder and then I got a message that the boy would call me again. Nothing, so again sent mail, nothing. Again sent mail and again the same mail as before. They use a shear policy and therefore your problem remains, communication is also very bad. That boy on the phone earned the extra star, otherwise it was 1 star.
