Ridiculous Service!

Ridiculous Service!
TV Defect after 4 years (a blue haze over the screen). When I google this this is a known problem in this range of devices.

I requested a repair, knowing that the warranty has expired and that the repair costs money, but the repairer is already asking for a payment to be able to prepare the quotation, explaining that a lot of research is required to receive the quotation. set

Ridiculous for a known problem.
Never again an LG device for me
