Referred via GP for X-ray. What a revelation, am half an hour further from one counter for a receipt and then get another receipt. Continue after 4 counters! 1.5 hours waiting for photo, with waiting time at 40 minutes.
I have previously been in hospital for almost 3 weeks due to wrong surgery (outpatient) due to complications. No kitchen there, food from package. BAD. Staff are clearly not keen on hospital policy.

Waiting for a very long time in the waiting room for first aid. Then another hour on the X-ray. Then they had to look at that photo for an hour to decide that I need plaster. So on to the next waiting room. Then I waited a long time in the plaster room. In other words, if you have the time, go to first aid here

Op 23 september ben ik samen met mijn zoon, met een stromende bloedneus waar ik al dagenlang erge last van had met spoed naar het ziekenhuis gegaan. Ik ben in dit ziekenhuis heel snel en goed geholpen. De artsen waren ook super aardig en binnen een mum van tijd was het opgelost. Ik werd geholpen door KNO arts dr Zon en zijn 2 assistenten. Hartelijk bedankt

I must honestly say that not all nurses are so nice and that they work past each other!
Give me the day nurses! They are much better than the night shift.
I was operated on January 3 on a neck hernia
I had been really sick all day long and I could not wake up well in the night.
I had to go to the toilet so I pushed a nurse to come because I had not been out of bed yet!
She comes to ask what is I tell her that I have to go to the toilet where they say go, walk and walk right away again!
I thought to myself okay I do it only I should never have done so I fell in the toilet I was not really good so I am very shocked do not ask me how I got back in my bed but I succeeded !
Only I have not been able to walk normally for almost 4 days my knee has become very thick.
I just want to indicate here that those nurses should have read that I had not been out of bed to the intervention! So with this I want to thank her that I had a lot of pain in the knee for 4 days.

We have been coming to this hospital for almost 3 years now but we notice that the communication is very poor. The lady at the desk does not know at all how it works in the blood collection department. Let a seriously ill person come upstairs to get a form. Patient's fault that the form has already been used while the blood collection forms are not returned to the patient and so I can continue. Today something went wrong that you really can't have if you are so sick.

I have only the best to say about this hospital, I am very sick and I need to stay in the hospital sometimes and I must say, it doesn't matter which branch, lungs, rheumatoid, infusion, gynecologist you name it they are all great. From the specialist to the cleaners. They really do care and it shows from the time you enter and even after you leave. They are good people with big heart.

5 stars for the volunteers and nurses at the emergency room. But that registration system is out of the question. It seems like a game to keep you busy before you explode with impatience. Privacy? As an outsider you have a pleasant look at the identification of the applicant. Efficiency? 5 times the system could not read the ID, then with the help of a volunteer (!) A receipt comes out of the device, but you only know that if you come here regularly. Then to the "J" department. But only with "J" you still have a lot of specialties, to find out where you really need to scan your receipt again. And register ... Then the system asks for a referral letter, but if you answer "yes" the workflow ends. I am glad that I am not visually impaired because then the maze comes from signs that you can only see if you are on the roundabout ... "Good morning" is not the word that people at the reception are used to hearing, so they have been redirected to a treatment room. Waiting for 15 minutes, so out of misery just a meet and weigh test taken by my son .... (single handed). Then sent home again, because there is no treatment room available. This now costs me a total of 3 working days (first GP, then check at zkh, and then a follow-up appointment). And do you want to know why? A pimple ... Do I need to say more?

The first thing I noticed were the volunteers who receive you upon arrival and assist you until everything went smoothly (think of checking in, for example). I have been admitted during Christmas of 2019 due to a broken hip.
Helped really well.
I have experienced both doctors and nursing staff to be friendly.
As soon as I called for something, they arrived.
And if they were busy with someone for a while, it was said that they were coming.
But also a point of criticism unfortunately.
That has to do with the rooms that were not really hot but rather too fresh.
That was better arranged in other hospitals.
Hence just not 5 stars.

I had surgery and it was a day admission. Would have helped at 2 pm but that was not possible, it became a bit later. Force majeure and did not mind either. Rushes come first! The staff of Department OK are very friendly. Also apologized for having to wait so long. But I was glad it was my turn.
After waking up and good aftercare, I was allowed to go home after 3 hours.

However, I find the costs for parking a lot; 11.15 - 19.15 = 12.50. Don't come to hospital with pleasure. For the patients they can give a reduction, if you have to be in zkhs for more than 4 hours, by having your (appointment) ticket scanned or something. Or to issue an exit ticket from the relevant department. Parking there is busy enough and you often have to queue to get in.

Very bad experiences in this hospital, it took 20 years before they found out that I had a congenital heart defect and no metabolic problem. Hole in heart and was not visible on ultrasound at first while it was more than 2 cm. And that despite all new equipment, shame. It is a large hospital, a kind of factory, you are only an (insurance) number. After the diagnosis I was sent home upset without any aftercare.
I had an emergency operation elsewhere I had class 3/4 heart failure, Dyspnoea, liver and kidney failure. But that hole in the heart could not hurt, according to previous cardiologist Haga Leyweg. If I had listened to their advice, I would have been literally suffocated. It is bizarre that mistakes are eliminated in such a way and that a human life is worth so little here. Very bad experiences, I will never come back here and will not recommend anyone to go here.

All uncertainties but 1 thing is clear; You walk in here as a patient and you think Haga Hospital. He did not know which forms were required ???? A staff member from the desk came to explain to him, brought me to the X-ray department and then I had to wait in the waiting room again. Then I was told by a desk employee that there was nothing to be seen on the pictures and that he had to go home. Now my foot is still sore, my heart is beating in my foot, my foot has now turned nice and purple and cannot stand on it at all. I have not received any diagnosis or advice on how to speed up the healing process. I have the feeling that I have sat down at a bus stop of a lifted bus line. Never experienced such dredging staff. I don't think anyone likes her job here. Very apathetic nurses in the cardiology department. Facilities are good, modern and tidy but the staff ... No .. I would be embarrassed to work here.

Very often treated and hospitalized in various wards. Nothing but positive experiences, both staff and doctors. Some doctors are more difficult to talk, but when you ask questions you get a clear answer to everything. Food could be better, but my chemo might have changed my taste. About the expensive parking: if you are more than 4 hours, you can get a day ticket at the reception. Costs about 5.50 euros. Parking lot is privately owned by the way. Sometimes getting a turn earlier has to do with checking in earlier or having first seen another doctor. I find the double check-in, for example, with X-rays unnecessary. Never waited more than 20 minutes in the X-ray department. I think it's a nice hospital, although the check-in should be a one-off.

I would like information about Dr. Braam who would do a liposuction with me. Reimbursed !!!!!! Only one said Dr. Burr might be available again until next year.
I find this answer unacceptable. Is there no replacement?

Had surgery on lipomas here last March. Stayed one night. I am basically satisfied with how it all went.
What I am dissatisfied with are the gross scars on the left side of my body. On the right, this is done neatly.
M.n. for plastic surgery this is done particularly poorly. Imagine a beauty operation with 3 stripe scars as if you were playing butter cheese eggs 1cm2 in size each. Who would want that?

The first appointment was a bit more hectic. I was sent from pillar to post, which meant that I was walking around the hospital unnecessarily long. That was a bit frustrating, it looks like an even bigger hospital; P.

Lopen ook best lieve en goede artsen daar, maar ok lopen daar rasisten of dokters die zich niet kunnen inleven in een pasient, waardoor ik het geen fijn ziekenhuis vind eigenlijk. Ik weet je vind overal wel rotte appels, maar ik persoonlijk heb meer goede ervaring in westeinden.

3 had double bypass surgery after emergency admission via first aid, cardiac monitoring and to ward 8A of the thoracic surgery. Everything ran smoothly and staff and doctors super caring. Well-informed at all departments. Deliciously situated in a single room, after 5 days home with good information, a top team in the Haga!

unfortunately I come here regularly. I think it is very nice and modern hospital friendly staff and also enough parking places also stop several trams and buses in front of the door so certainly easily accessible also there are a reception and registration desk upon arrival. There is also a restaurant and a coffee corner where nowadays a good caterer is located. There is also a hairdresser and a flower shop and a shop where you can buy all sorts of gifts, but also small things for when you are included a newspaper magazines or drugstore items. Also, at the entrance of this hospital, large revolving doors have been taken into account, with a large door in the middle that you can go through if you are sitting in a wheelchair or walking behind a walker. I have been coming here for quite a few years and I am very satisfied with this hospital, even if my appointment cannot go through, I receive a call from the planning that does not go ahead and I also always receive a text message a few days before my appointment, which I always very nice. And with blood tests you never have to wait long, the sisters there are also always very friendly and make you comfortable where necessary.

Worst hospital I have ever experienced, they constantly send you away with an incorrect diagnosis, so you need a new referral from your doctor.
This ensures that known complaints that can be resolved with relatively little effort persist for almost half a year.

I would especially recommend staying very far away here, the problems will only get worse because you will eventually start doubting yourself.

Closing the hospital or replacing staff (in its entirety) is the best option.

I had an emergency c-section there. They always made me fight them for pain meds. They just wanted to give me paracetamol. Went home despite great pain. Returned the same day I was discharged because pain was increasing and I had a fever. Was sent home with antibiotics. Then my incision split exposing a giant abscess that they missed. Had to be delivered by an ambulance. Have been waiting for treatment for 4 hours. In great pain still. Go somewhere else if possible and avoid this one.

I have been here to have photos taken and I have been helped with that. I do think that something has to change at the parking lot. There is nowhere a sign that the parking space is full, so we drove a few laps there with no results. Finally we are on the side of the road. Keep this in mind if you have difficulty walking.
Furthermore, a nice hospital and good thinking staff.

What a dredging hospital! I have never had this experience but was there tonight for a photo of my daughter's arm. Was referred to the emergency room at 7.30 p.m. from Needle District (GP).
First of all I was not allowed to come in with my daughter. While the doctor at the doctor's post said that I had to emphasize clearly that the little bones had to be photographed extra well. My daughter came from the photo. We were told to go back to the doctor's office. I said "how do I get there?" The answer was through the doors back to the beginning. I thought, I ask where I should be at the desk. "Back to Naaldwijk for the result" was the answer. I asked, and if it is broken then? Yes Madam then you must come back here again! Did they go crazy there or something! After insisting, they went to inquire where I had to wait then. I called the post office in Naaldwijk and they told me to get the results in leyenburg. Again at the counter I was told by the receptionist !!! that we were allowed to go home. She called the radiologist and we could do it with it. Well you really don't take you seriously, no doctor or radiologist. What a bad service yuck. If you want my opinion, DON'T, NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

The staff themselves are quite friendly and helpful, but I have often noticed that communication between the patient and treatment or research is far from good.
