First of all let me say that very nice helpful people work here, but the system that this hospital uses is downright bastard and unfriendly. Upon entering you will be confronted with a series of columns where the principle applies: "First come, first served". I walk badly, but still faster than many elderly people, so I never have to wait long. After the ID card and the health card have to be entered, so that they are displayed on the screen in a legible manner for the person behind you. After the 5th attempt to find the correct orientation of how your ID should actually be placed on the scanner, the machine vomits a receipt with a number. The tone has been set: Be aware, you are bad at number in the system. It is unbelievable how many hospitals, and in particular these, treat their customers. There is absolutely no customer focus at this hospital. Where I am repeatedly asked to leave my opinion when buying a box of thumbtacks online, this organization does not seem to appreciate direct input from their customers. Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience in this hospital and every positive experience was caused by the staff, every negative experience was due to the impersonal and customer-unfriendly system that shapes the working method of this hospital.
Today fired from an operation in the neck, nothing but praise for the nurse of the elderly care 7th floor. all in all it has not disappointed me.
