It already starts with parking. Before you have found a spot, you have already lost more than 10 minutes of your free first half hour. Then you have to wait a long time at registration to find your way to where to go. Then you need to be able to take a seat in the waiting room at least 10 minutes in advance, so your free first half hour has already gone.
Once in the waiting room, a lady is sitting next to me. A little offended because she was turned on her head that she was 5 minutes late. And I was immediately told that my appointment was later because there was a 20-minute delay. And they couldn't help it.
The staff themselves are quite friendly and helpful, but I have often noticed that communication between the patient and treatment or research is far from good.
Much remains to be done here. If they want to get 3 or more stars.
