Had an awesome experience viewing Lexus Stoke s one of 500 LFA! Met Charlie who was nice enough to bring the keys and show us around the car, with help from Mike. Has some stunning cars on display especially the LFA, if you want a Lexus definitely go to them. They know about the cars they are selling and are passionate and helpful with any questions you may have related to the brand or specific cars. From the prospective booking of a test drive during the lockdown when it wasn t possible, to my new car day handover appointment Lexus Stoke have been amazing. Natalie on the front desk is so polite and attentive, James T who really listened to my situation and wishes was first class, and Joe who took care of all the details following deciding to join the Lexus family could not do enough to make my experience brilliant - Thank you all! This was my 3rd purchase of a nearly new Lexus IS, but my first time purchasing online all the way from Scotland. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never bought a car online before, but Joe was absolutely brilliant; talked me through everything, helped me switch my private plate and reassured me of the outstanding Lexus service, even at a distance. He sent me two videos of the car; one at the beginning and one just before it was transported, so I could see it when it was nice and clean. It did pick up some spray on the transporter, but actually, it wasn't too bad & a quick hose down sorted that. I would also mention Natalie who was always friendly and helpful on the phone and Vinnie who transported my car was delightful, even after driving all those hours. I am so impressed with the all-round service, I would buy my next car from this dealership without hesitation. If you know exactly the car, colour and mileage you want and you can't get it locally, it's the way to go - saves you settling for second best. Thank you everyone!

I purchase a used Volvo from Lexus Stoke today and was amazed at the high standard of service I received from the first call inquiring about the car to the handover of the vehicle by Joe Chadwick and the rest of the staff.
They were very helpful nothing was to much trouble every thing was explained to me in detail about the vehicle. I have been in sales for 30 years from salesman to divisional sales manager This is what good customer service should be

The car was presented to me in immaculate condition and they even threw in a bottle of Moet & Chandon.
