This was my 3rd purchase of a nearly new Lexus IS, but my first time purchasing online all the way from Scotland. I was a bit apprehensive as I've never bought a car online before, but Joe was absolutely brilliant; talked me through everything, helped me switch my private plate and reassured me of the outstanding Lexus service, even at a distance. He sent me two videos of the car; one at the beginning and one just before it was transported, so I could see it when it was nice and clean. It did pick up some spray on the transporter, but actually, it wasn't too bad & a quick hose down sorted that. I would also mention Natalie who was always friendly and helpful on the phone and Vinnie who transported my car was delightful, even after driving all those hours. I am so impressed with the all-round service, I would buy my next car from this dealership without hesitation. If you know exactly the car, colour and mileage you want and you can't get it locally, it's the way to go - saves you settling for second best. Thank you everyone!
