Couldn t fault the customer service. I ve dealt with Andy. My car got delivered on time, I marked up a few chipped paint marks that had been missed which were agreed to be fixed once I got a quote, my battery failed 2 days later and Pentagon have had it replaced. They are more than accommodating and I will definitely look at purchasing further cars from them. Easy to speak to, friendly and above all they look after their customers. Thank you
Steven W. was absolutely brilliant when finding me the best deal for my new car - I change my vehicle every 3 years and this is the first time I've dealt with anyone other than Alan. He was dealing with my Mum who was also changing her car at the same time as me. He was highly professional with us and had a cracking personality which made the process of buying the cars more enjoyable as we had some laughs during the whole processs.
Had my car in for a warranty issue and had it back within a few hours great service
I had a couple of warranty issues with my Focus. I've not used this dealership for many years but needed somewhere different to look at my car & sort it out. Got an appointment easily & they kept me informed every step of the way even explaining what they'd done. The case has been left open just in the resolutions do not fix the problems, then they can go back to Ford technical for any further updates to the vehicle software. Even got a free visual health check.
Not very helpful at all. My wife once had a car from them when we collect it the salesman painted it with touch up paint in the rain. He had promised us a smart repair.

Courteous staff happy to open up cars for inspection without any hard sell and I was left free to look around my car of choice. Then the process of negotiating was relaxed and honest.
I bought my car and collected within 5 days.

Just purchased a very nice Ford focus ST line. The car its self we cannot fault. However the sales approach & customer service was poor. We asked would the car be valeted and the answer was yes. Which when spending a large amount of money you would expect when excitedly collecting your car, for it to be a clean and fresh. But it was not, and was still in the same state as when viewed with dirt and dust inside and the seats still full of bits. They did offer to get valeted again but why wasn't it done properly the first time. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
STAY WELL AWAY - REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS! Today I went to the Pentagon Ford dealership in Warrington and was assisted by ANDREW SKETT. I went to purchase a Ford Focus that was originally priced at 13,125. I asked Andrew if he would accept 13,000, which he agreed and asked me to follow him into the office.
Andrew tried to sell me all the additional extras, which I continued to refuse through his persistence. Following this, Andrew gave the forms to read through and sign. I noticed the 125 pounds hadn't been taken off, which I questioned and he gave me some bull answer, but I thought I'll leave it and but the car anyway. I then noticed an extra 300 pounds and asked what that is...he said for extra cover! I said "I told you clearly I do not want anything additional" he then told me this is a mandatory payment and fed me an absolute load of stuttering rubbish KNOWING I'd caught him out. He then tried to take it off...I told him I no longer wanted the car. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ADD 400 POUNDS ONTO SOMEONES FINANCE FOR YOUR OWN GAIN AND TO HOPE THEY DONT NOTICE! THEFT!
