Ron and staff are the best. They took the time to go over all aspects of the deal and I was reminded that I could call Ron at any time with questions because he wants to make sure there is no issues needed to be resolved as I owned this RX 350 in the future.

Pros and Cons.

Pros and Cons.

Pros: Kent Owens treats his customer with respect. I bought my 2020 Lexus from him. If I can rate him alone, I would give him 5-stars.

Below is an attention to the dealership's owner.

Cons: The bad news is this location has a racist part service person on their site, and that is Eric. And I am not afraid to spell his name out. I called to schedule an appointment for Android installation on my new 2020 Lexus. He said he didn't know what "Android" is. I repeated the pronunciation as "An-droid operating system". And he said he still didn't know what that is. And then I said how about "un-droid operating". He said he had no idea. After a few mins back and forth, I requested to speak to his manager, but he said he was the boss, the manager. He refused to let me speak to someone else. Why did Kent and other people have no problem when I pronounced it as "An-droid" but Eric did? I have been in the hi-tech industry for a decade and no one has problem with my pronunciation of Android. Eric is the first person that said that to me. This is the worst experience I ever had. I suggest the dealership owner fire this man, Eric. It is obvious that this is a discrimination by pretending.

I tried to test drive a certified 2018 GS 350. The radar cruise didn't work so I couldn't test it nor the lane keeping. Bluetooth also could not properly connect to my Samsung S9 despite it working fine with a Genesis yesterday and a family Lexus today. When I let the salesman know, he confused the lane keeping icon for the traction control icon and blamed me for turning off traction control. Poor quality used cars and poor service.

A loaner vehicle was provided for the Friday to Tuesday repair interval.
My car was cleaned before it was returned to me.
All Lexus staff were kind and competent.

First time at Sacramento Lexus they're are friendly No rush even we told them we just looking see what ideas we going to make decisions. They still show us and give all the information about the car as we looking at the ES350H. Good customer service.

I have leased two cars with this dealership. From beginning to end, my experience was positive. I negotiated a fair price quickly. They accepted my second offer, which is unheard of in this business. The maintenance staff are also exemplary. I've owned many different makes of cars, but this dealership has been my favorite.

Went in for oil service and they forgot to put the oil back in the motor. They had to send someone out to my moms, about 5 miles away and add all of the oil they drained. This was about a year ago, but I've had a change of heart towards Lexus lately.

A simple scheduled maintenance and oil change. That was great but my issue with my speakers was not taken care of. I should not hear vibrations in my speakers. If I can hear it then the techs should hear it. If you say you could not hear it does not mean the problem does not exist. This needs to be addressed again

We received great customer service from the staff at Lexus of Sacramento. Mike Kennedy handled our test drive and vehicle selection along with initial paperwork. He was professional and personable. Sam handled our familiarity training with the vehicle's technology and car functions. She was knowledgable and patient. Mike Zinda handled our contract signing. He was flexible and polished. I love my new car and thankful for the service I received. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Sacramento to friends and family. I hope to be a customer for life. Thanks!

I have no complaint about the customer service peo...

I have no complaint about the customer service people on the phone. My GS350 needed a recall repair done and so I made an appointment and dropped my car off on 4/25/2019. Everything was great until I went to pick up my car. Picked up my car and drove it home. When I got home, I checked the area of the engine where the repair was done. Whoever worked on my car was sloppy. First and the most disappointing part was they broke one of the 3 clips/molding that held the engine cover on. Now the engine cover flops up and down with little force. I was not informed about this issue. Few minor things: engine harness of the repair area was not clipped back on properly. I had corrected the issue myself. However, I felt the person that worked on my car was careless. It is Lexus and I expect nothing less than a professional service. Unfortunately, I felt the repair service done to my car was not very professional. I don t let other people work on my car for this very reason, but I was forced to take it in for this recall service otherwise DMV would not release my registration tag (Lexus provided a signed repair completion slip for which DMV will need before I can be given my tag). I will update this review if and when Lexus resolve this issue.

Took my car for a minor recall issue. Was pleasantly surprised that even in that short amount of time it took to correct the issue my car was vacuumed and washed when I pick it up. I always deal with Brandi in the service department who is a pleasure to work with.

I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus ES from Lexus of Sacramento and I love it. The experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. Mike was my sales rep and he answered all my questions. He was giving me updates throughout the process when it came time to finance. Although the wait time was longer than anticipated , it was understandable there were others purchasing a vehicle and there were limited financing managers available at the time.

All in all it was a great buying experience and I would recommend Lexus of Sacramento for all your Lexus needs.

This is my third Lexus from Lexus of Sacramento. Working with Kent Owens is so comfortable and easy. Kent looks at what he can do to meet his customers needs and wants. He makes sure that the Lexus I purchase is what works for my lifestyle at the time. I feel that Lexus of Sacramento is part family.
Mike Zinda makes the financing process a piece of cake. I feel that I am at ease and that my program is completely set up before I leave with my new Lexus.
When it comes to servicing my Lexus, I wouldn't go to anyone else but Mitch Dean. He has been my service manager for all my Lexus auto's. I know that if something needs to be repaired I am not only getting the best price but a "needed" repair.
Thank you Lexus of Sacramento for making my auto purchase, financing and servicing such a no brainer!

We went in looking for Don after having worked with him a few years back and he is just as great and helpful as ever. Don and other sales associates were very friendly and knowledgable, the facility is clean and welcoming, and the selection of used cars was very wide.

We are so happy with our 2016 RX Hybrid, our entire family now wants to trade in our vehicles for similar Lexus models. The car is phenomenal and the overall experience was pleasant. My only less than excellent review would probably be the aggressive push for add-ons in the financing portion of the experience but otherwise I would highly recommend coming here.

Outstanding service! I bring both my LS and RX here for service even though it is not the closest dealership to me. In the service department, Mike Huttleston is awesome! In the sales department, John Dickinson is great! Both are honest and are true car guys. I really can't say enough about them or this dealership compared to the Roseville dealership. I believe it's the same owner, but the difference is night and day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!!

Everything was very simply and easy. Drop the car off, get a rental car, wait for the phone call, pick up vehicle and be done. I think it is wonderful that you are given a rental car so that there is no reason why the experience has to be inconvenient. Very helpful!

My experience at Lexus of Sacramento has always been satisfactory with every visit. I always look forward to conversing with Nick Cruze and the general manager. It's like a family affair. The entire staff are most hospitable. I'm never in a hurry to leave. I have a good relationship with the best technician, Kevin. His skills are impeccable. I look forward to my visits. It has to be the best Lexus dealership in the state and I have visited many in the USA. I travel a lot. Five plus !!!

Great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership!!! Charlie and Brian were great and went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased. Everyone stayed until almost midnight to make sure we drove the vehicle off the lot that night. The great guy that showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle made sure that our bluetooth was programmed. We were really impressed by the staff and may purchase another vehicle in the very near future.

Lexus of Sacramento has some of the customer service that a company can have. The ability to drop my car off for a oil change and have the ability to pick when to pick it up, they give you the ability to either take a shuttle to your destination for a drop off and pick up or they let you take a rental care if you meet the requirements that are needed.

Jeff , always is awesome he really makes you feel important in the initial sit down and makes sure every stone is turned before you leave.
The follow phone call is awesome he displays the whole break down informative.

I was then given a shuttle to my house in Elk Grove , Harvery was very professional, friendly, great driver. The driver who picked me up whom I forgot the name of :( he is so awesome he was the same person who picked me up last time I did my service and it was awesome to catch up and just makes a friendly comfy environment.
They had my car all ready to go quickly while I studied before my final free of stress. I cannot desribe how magnificent i felt in words! Lexus of Sacramento has an awesome team full of superstars.

In my humble opinion, if you are looking for a Lexus service rep, ask for Nick Cruz! He's my guy and I couldn't be happier. Takes care of me and my Lexus every time. Honest, caring, and straightforward. Exactly what you want when you need service on your automobile.

I made one phone call to Mike Kennedy and he quoted me his price immediately. He was very competitive as he had the best price out of 3 other dealers; and I didn't have to go through the whole car buying process (there was no back and forth and no hot seat when I arrived if you know what I mean)! On our way driving up to pick up the car (180 miles one way), one of the other dealers contacted me and tried to get my business by undercutting Mike. I called Mike to see if he had any room and he went right to work and called back and said he would match it. Upon arrival at the dealership, he welcomed us and showed us all the features/options of our new RX (we were previous owners of the RX model but ours was 13 years old); they have definitely advanced in 13 years! After a test drive we were able to go through the process with no high pressure that I normally remember when buying a new car, he basically asked what we wanted to do and then he responded, NO PRESSURE. By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend contacting Mike Kennedy for your next Lexus!

Kent and the folks at Sacramento Lexus made us feel like family. We had to buy a car over the weekend and they had no problem with us bringing our two young girls in. They had snacks and activities waiting. We had not purchased a car in 10 years and this was a breeze. Best of all, we left in an amazing RX350 and a knowledge that we are a part of the Lexus family for many years to come.

Best customer service I've ever had. I already knew what car I wanted coming in and Mike Kennedy helped me with purchasing my dream car. He is very patient and has great customer service as well as the rest of the staff. I couldn't have had a better sales experience. They answered all my questions without a problem. Staff is very knowledgeable. A lot of people came to buy a car the same time we did so we were there for a while, and everyone was very accomodating. We were there way past closing hours and not once did I feel rushed or pressured to finalize my purchase. They even stayed until almost 12 midnight to make sure everything was good to go. Definitely recommend this place when buying a Lexus. Mike even took the time to call me the next day to make sure I was happy and if everything was going good with my new car. Very satisfied customer.

Never had I enjoyed a car buying experience like this one! I must say I have bought and sold a number of vehicles in the last few years, and I enjoy test-driving as a hobby even when I am not in the market to buy. So I consider myself a tough customer.

Every member of the staff with whom I interacted was professional, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. I often know more than the salesman about a particular model, but not here. The staff all seem to have a number of years of experience with this dealership and the Lexus brand, as opposed to some dealerships where the staff is coming and going almost as often as the inventory.

I was most impressed with the delivery procedure, where I was given an in-depth tutorial in-car by Mark, who has been with the company for 10 years. He showed me more technology and helpful features in an hour than I could have found in a year! I also need to acknowledge Jim, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and absolutely pressure-free.

I highly recommend this dealership. Oh, and the car is a dream!

I had a great experience with Lexus of Sacramento. We purchased a 2017 Lexus ES 350. Our salemen, Mr Kent Owens
provided outstanding Service. I was not able to pick up the vehicle so he did a surprise delivery 180 miles to my wife's job in Monterey Wow! I strongly recommend that you give Mr Owens a call if you are considering a new Lexus.
