Kent Owens is worth his weight in Gold. He made the process seamless and painless. I came in at 10:20 am. I was driving my new car to work at 1:20 pm. FLAWLESS execution!

Recently purchased a Lexus 450H with the guidance of Mike Kennedy. He was very knowledgeable and straight-forward about the process and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase. He has an extensive knowledge of the product and business. We also met with Sharon who detailed the workings of the vehicle thoroughly and provided plenty of time and attention until we felt comfortable with operation. Would recommend someone interested in a Lexus to visit Lexus of Sacramento given their exemplary service.

The staff was very friendly and supportive during the process of picking out our new Lexus. They did not try to steer us to the most expensive options but looked for what our needs were for the car. We never felt pressured during any of the process.

First time to the dealer. Showed up at 7:20 when they open at 7:30. Place was hopping - they took me early, quickly wrote the order (for an airbag recall) and offered fresh coffee, doughnuts, and a free loaner. Bummer was all my electronics were reset (radio presets, seat memories) and the car charger was sitting on the back seat? Next time when I''m paying, i'll ask for a car wash.

I have been a customer of Lexus Of Sacramento for many years, purchased several new vehicles from them. They always treat me like family, they service my vehicle and my sons vehicle in a timely manor. I find the entire staff knowledgeable and eager to do whatever it take to keep me smiling ! I have not one complaint about this dealership. All dealers should strive to be excellent like this one !!!!

The car wash aspect of the service needs improvement. There were water spots at various parts of the car. I had to 'clean' them off after getting home. Thank you.

A little expensive but they always give you as many options as possible. I like the people and most importantly I trust them. I've had various Lexus vehicles since 2000 and have had them all serviced here and the quality of work has always been top notch. Loaner vehicles are very helpful and if you have to wait they provide a nice place to hang out. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

You fulfilled our dreams of finding the perfect car. The exact one we were looking for. The color outside and in is perfect. We absolutely love it!!! Everybody was so thoughtful and friendly taking their time explain everything.
Even the recommendation by the Mexican restaurant up the street was excellent. We will be in day after tomorrow January 4 to get the protective coating on the outside and the inside
( seats in carpeting). We will be coming up there for servicing the car because we wouldn t trust anybody else.

In the past 5 years I have purchased 2 new vehicles and most recently just purchased a L-Certified NX. I can say that buying from Lexus of Sacramento was the easiest car purchase I have ever made! From start to finish, it was an exceptional buying experience with Lexus of Sacramento. They are a group of extremely professional, well mannered, courteous and fun loving people. I am a tech savvy person and I love taking every opportunity of using technology wherever I can. They replaced all of their paperwork process (except credit check application) with e-sign technology. I'd definitely recommend them anytime.

I took my vehicle in for an oil and filter change. Nothing else. Upon picking the vehicle up I noticed a few things, like most of the automatic settings I have set were messed with. The key was still on the plastic zip tie and the dirty piece of paper was left on the floor, the seat was all the way back, the automatic mirrors and emergency brake were changed, the radio station was changed and the air conditioner fan was on high. I don't think any of this stuff was necessary for an oil change.

I recently bought a used 2017 Lexus ES 300H from Lexus of Sacramento. I was bit Hesitant about it since I live all the way across the country in Maryland, and was buying the car basically blindly but sales representative Kyle, took care of me. Kyle send me very detailed pictures and videos of the car so I could get a better look of the car. He made the whole process as smooth as possible, and made everything clear, and easy for me. He was very patient with the whole process as we had to mail out the paperwork.
Needless to say, the whole process was easy, and I definitely would recommend this place, and I definitely would love to work with Kyle on my future purchase, and trust him to get the car shipped to me again from California to Maryland.

Lexus is the place to go for all your services. Their prices and services are better than the neighborhood guys. More importantly, Lexus uses manufactured genuine lexus parts instead of the aftermarket stuff. I highly recommend Lexus. What an amazing first car buying experience from start to finish! The Internet Sales Manager, Carlos, was fantastic and made the process so seamless and easy. He was so professional and patient with all my questions and I felt like he genuinely had my best interests at heart. Mike is finance was also amazing and made all the paperwork go by quickly and efficiently, while ensuring everything was explained and all my questions were answered.

I initially started my car buying search at another dealership and it was a night and day difference working with Lexus or Sacramento in the best way possible. I honestly don t think I ll ever not own a Lexus after this experience.

Satisfied with the servicing of our RX350. Staff is friendly and the servicing of our RX was fine. What the dealership needs to work on is that when a customer has a timed appointment, there should be someone who can deal with it instead of asking whom did I talk to.

will never buy a car from Lexus of Sacramento. Although I was very clear that I just wanted to take an idea and that I'm not trading in my vehicle at the moment, the sales person still was rudely insisting on pushing an absurd deal. When I declined the offer and stated again that I'm just taking an idea, I was insulted on leaving the dealership. Overall an awful experience!

Exceptionally, Superb Service by all standards. We always comment, after visiting, how gracious and hospitable they make us feel each and every time we have done business with them.... every single person that we have had the pleasure of working with since forming a relationship, with them, a year ago when we purchased our first Lexus. I m usually too lazy to write reviews but i think this one is worth it. Bottom line, I didn t end up buy right now, HOWEVER, I d never seem a sales person to be so nice even after you made them almost go through all the process just to change your mind almost last minute. Carlos Cave was so nice since the moment i got in up to the moment i left and even afterwards through email (which to be honest I thought i would never hear again from them). Definitely when the time is right I m coming back here and going back to work with Carlos. With more customer service like that, people wouldn t be so afraid of dealers (in general). Awesome job and looking forward to working with them in the future. And definitely expecting the same kind of treatment in the service department. (Haven t been there yet but definitely won t be afraid to get my current car serviced here). Might update later to see how it goes.
