I have come here for service and for sales over the years and have had varying experiences. Several years ago I had great experiences with both sales and service department. Most recently I have met with sales people who led me to take my business elsewhere - people who were unpresentable or seemed like they were on their last leg.

WORST Lexus experience that I have ever encountere...

WORST Lexus experience that I have ever encountered. Do not and I repeat DO NOT bring your car in for service at this location. Staff are ignorant and as rude as can be. My aftermarket parts were stolen that caused a chain reaction of other issues that could have been prevented. When I tried to speak to management, I was told they are new owners and do not care, nor want to hear about what parts were stolen. This is also the same dealership that told my dad he needed to ASAP replace an $800 part, when we took it in to Roseville Lexus they informed us that nothing was wrong with that part, even showed us how nothing was wrong and it didn't need replacing. Someone is pocketing money on the side for stealing or lying about parts that don't actually need replacing at Lexus of Sacramento, and nobody there seems to care!

I drove over an hour and passed other Lexus dealerships just to go to Lexus of Sacramento due to their reputation. I had a very pleasant sales experience from Sales Consultant, Don and General Manager, Jamal, and Finance Manager, Mike when I leased my CT200h. They took time to make sure I was happy and had a vehicle that worked for my situation. Everyone was very patient during the whole process even though it was over 2 hours past closing. Sharon was my delivery specialist and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Sharon even helped me setup the hands free bluetooth before leaving the dealership in case I needed to use it on my drive home. Since then I have gotten several follow up calls just to see how I am enjoying my new car. I love my new ride and highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I have been taking my Lexus to the service department to Lexus of Sacramento since I bought my GX 10 years ago! The service team is fabulous. One of the reasons for returning is the availability of a car while your car is serviced. You don't have to waste your time waiting for your car. The car services are explained well and options are always discussed with me. I appreciate their knowledge and care. On my recent visit

I have bought 3 other cars and it's the first time that I feel comfortable. The hole processes from start to finish was wonderful..John the car sales man is awesome made my family and I feel like family. Paid attention to what I was looking for. I would go get another car with John and Mike in a second......excellent service .

Our salesman followed up during that time period, but was never pushy. He worked hard to get us the best pricing, and has followed up after the purchase. The entire staff at Lexus of Sacramento has welcomed us to their family... And, we love our new car, Lexus IS200t.

I visited three Lexus dealerships as well as other car maker vehicle showrooms over the past 18 months while considering the purchase of my next car. Once I came to the conclusion about which make and model I wanted, there was no question that I wanted to work with Don Wert at Lexus of Sacramento because I had been most impressed by his approach, his knowledge, and his professionalism. After Don and I identified the car of my choice and worked out the terms of the sale, it was then that I found the entire team at Lexus of Sacramento, including Robert in Finance and Brian in Delivery, to be of the same high quality. The vehicle was handed over to me with the utmost care and concern for my satisfaction after a very thorough review of its many fine qualities and operations. I would highly recommend the team at Lexus of Sacramento as well as the superb line of Lexus automobiles they represent. I would also like to give a shout out to Steve, another member of the professional sales team, who insured that I was able to promptly connect with Don the day I arrived. Again, I'd award "tens" all around for this group and my experience and I am looking forward to a positive, long lasting relationship over the years ahead.

We were very well taken care of by both Ron and David. We really love our new-to-us 2016 Ram truck and loved swapping stories about the great times we've had in our well-loved Toyota Tacomas. In the process of working through some questions and trade-in details, we shared pro-tips on making the perfect Old Fashioned cocktail and visiting Yosemite in spring!

We appreciated that there were Covid-19 safety precautions in the facility with everyone wearing masks and the dealership was very clean inside and out. The public coffee bar and water cooler don't seem ideal, but we were fine to decline the offer.

We worked with Mike in Finance and it seemed a little tight quarters for all 3 of us in his office considering the pandemic. I wish that we hadn't needed to spend the lengthy time inside talking about extended warranties and other offerings while in this small space while our kids waited outside. We were glad that the process went smoothly and were able to be in and out of there in under 30 minutes.

Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase experience. Of course we are still combing the listings for similar trucks and have not found a better deal anywhere else in the state. We feel very fortunate to have found this "unicorn" and thank the folks at Lexus of Sacramento for making this a smooth and simple purchase!

They don't treat young costomer as good as they should do. I'm so disappointed. Other dealers would give you test drive even if you are not interested, which I'm not. Any way they just lost I costomer who was going to spend 54k cash.

Lexus of Sacramento this dealer is absolutely one of the best dealer I have ever deal with, I just went to buy a pre-owned car which is not a big deal at all. But the service they provide is awesome and esp. thanks for Kent Owens, who is the sales manager for me. Kent is extremely nice, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I decide to buy the car finally at that dealer half because of the car condition itself, half because of the service by their employees like Kent, who really deserve the customers trust and you would be very glad to deal with! Highly recommended dealership, and thanks Kent!

Ryan Hansen is awesome, he always takes great care of me. My car needed new brakes, so they had to keep it longer than planned, he got me a loaner and the car was finished earlier than expected, so I didn't need to keep the loaner overnight. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful, very very happy with my visit.

I called Wendy Lange at Lexus of Sac. for a recall service. Although they were booked out for several months (on this particular issue), she called me with a cancellation and I was able to get in in a couple weeks.
I received an e-mail reminder, and then another one the day before the service. I always try to work with Wendy, a GREAT service rep.
I had my choice of loaners - all Lexus.
The car was done early and she called me to pick it up. I turned in the loaner without further paper work and they brought my car to me - freshly washed. Couldn't have been easier.

I have dealt with Lexus of Sac since I bought the car from them new. Their service is always good, but this was the best yet.

I love my new RX450H! I had been driving a GS300 for the past 16 years and 180,000 miles. I knew my next car was going to be another Lexus and was happy to return to Lexus of Sacramento to purchase it. We have used their service department for the entire time we've owned our GS so I knew they would take care of us. Kent made the process to order and purchase my car easy! He was transparent and communicative throughout the process. When my car arrived at the dealership, we were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. I highly recommend contacting Kent Owens if you are in the market for a Lexus.

Just purchased my second Lexus from my friends at ...

Just purchased my second Lexus from my friends at Lexus of Sacramento! I love that I'm able to communicate with everyone via text/email so I was able to get all the negotiating out of the way prior to coming in. Jamal, the sales Manager, was able to secure the color combo I was looking for from another dealership and held the vehicle for us. The salesman, John, took my husband on a very thorough test drive and was incredibly patient going over the vehicle. We were put in a loaner vehicle that day so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of coming back to get window tint. When we came back the car looked beautiful, including the new all-weather mats - thanks Jamal! Vanessa the technology specialist got us both paired up, important for an obsessive text-er and I'm loving the new features that have come along in the last three years. We hope to be back soon for the NX! :)

Other dealerships were not returning calls or getting back with answeres. Perhaps they were unwilling to take someone from 3 hrs away seriously. That was a mistake for them.
Lexus of Sacramento was willing to make it happen and willing to give me the reasons I needed to buy the most beautiful car ! Thank you to My salesperson Kathy Console and her attentive General Manager . Additionally the delivery person couldn't have been more patient with explaining the setup and use of everything. Certainly I will be singing your praises every where.

Dave is great. He does what he says and fulfills his promises. He goes out of his way to make all of his customers happy. I am definitely a happy customer. Dave is always friendly and willing to make it happen for me. Dave has gone the extra mile several times to assist with resolving critical issues during the time when the vehicle down due to the air bag recall. He is definitely making Sacramento Lexus a "Lexus" quality dealer.

We recently bought a Lexus, NX from Lexus of Sacrameto. The experience was excellent. The sales people where extremely knowledgeable and very friendly - not high pressure at all. Kathy was wonderful and fun to work with and she did her best to help us find the perfect car. As was John, he took us on many test drives because we were not sure what kind of Lexus we wanted. The two of them had steller customer service. Everything about the experience was easy even signing all the paperwork. The Lexus family went well beyond my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone looking to buy a good quality car.

I'm going to give each department an actual rating...

I'm going to give each department an actual rating we feel is appropriate: 1. Financial Dept.: Rating 2- They have mishandled our physical and postal address and causing much work on our end for lic. plates and registration and affecting the Title. So, really there's more work ahead for us, as customers. Service Dept.: 3 Rating- The vehicle was ready for pick-up, per phone call and we still had to sit had to wait 2-3 hours, which is inappropriate to make an elder wait! Also, I had to call directly to get them motivated just to bring the car around so we can inspect their workmanship. The cashier needs to pay more attention to customer's welfare that have been sitting in the waiting room beyond 30 minutes. Very inappropriate! Internet Manager: Rating 2: Could have done more and stay on top of things regarding issues with the DMV matters- communicating on fixing the address issues, etc.; not attempting to find a way out of his responsibilities as well! The address issue was vocalized from the beginning so its Lexus'- their employees' fault- they should be fixing the matter, not the customers!! They begin to fall short on customer-care when they receive the monies from our bank accounts and our loan. If necessary will initiate a formal letter to their finance department director include the DMV as a courtesy copy, then will send the affects to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. This is how exasperating this issue has become! No customer should mess around when their hard earned monies pays for the vehicle and services! Customers- keep the dealerships responsible all the way until the very end!!

I take my RX 350 in for maintenance. Brandy Joseph is always excellent! John from transportation was excellent as well. I do not remember the names of all the drivers over the past nine years I have been going, but they are really courteous as well.

Lexus of Sacramento has exceptional customer service. Kent Owens is my Sales Associate and has been since the first day I walked in Lexus. Great product and the customer service at this location is above and beyond any dealership I have experienced.

2015 350RX owner. Called for 5K service & was advised it would be a 10 day wait. Asked if they had a cancellation & they were able to work me in in 5 days except I could not make that. Folks were pleasant & anxious to help but they said they were busy with RECALLS! No quick lube service, I drove 3 Avalons for 15 years (Toyota) & never had a problem going in on the day it was needed. Sometimes they were busy but NEVER waited more than two hours. I understand making appointments but 10 days is unacceptable! It is 150 mile drive for me so I may end up looking for service in Concord, CA or driving all the way to Medford, OR if they are this busy in Sacramento!! The 5K service is basically a tire rotation which I am having done at a local tire dealer, the rest is visual checks.

Service this time was poor. I had an appointment ...

Service this time was poor. I had an appointment time of 1045. I checked in around 1030, but took 30 minutes just to check me in. Then, when I asked for shuttle service, they could not accommodate me because, "the person who normally handles the shuttle was not working and no one else knew how to manage it." I ended up having to then wait another 30 minutes to get checked out for a rental car. Then, when Lexus called me to let me know they completed my car service, they had to audacity to ask me to get there as soon as possible because they were closing soon.

Poor customer service, employees are lazy and not very friendly. I bought my car in Arizona and the service there always been amazing. They always get my car spotless, they always offer water while I wait or uber ride back while the car being service. I brought my car into this dealership to get service because I just moved back to California not only that they misspelled my last name and didn t fix it, they told me they clean/vacuumed the car which they didn t so I had to wait another 15 mins standing around there while they bring the car back to vacuum. While I was there nobody ever asked if I needed anything nor if I been help. The whole experience was unpleasant, I wouldn t recommend anyone to come here.

Plenty of great customer service. I'd like to mention specifically Jamie, Charlie and Ray. Our entire experience was superb! The vehicle we purchased (ES350) is a dream come true. After purchasing several vehicles in my lifetime the experience of purchasing from Lexus of Sacramento was by far the finest!

My Lexus 2014 IS 250, purchased from Lexus of CONC...

My Lexus 2014 IS 250, purchased from Lexus of CONCORD, had a navigation screen and a windshield wiper stuck while driving under raining. Brought the car to CONCORD they refused to replace the navigation screen even it's a known issue for this type of car (Reference TSB No. SB0002-16). Their TALENTED technicians couldn't find any issue of the wiper.
Brought the car to Lexus of SACRAMENTO, they were able to spend time to find out the issue and fixed the viper and replaced the navigation screen. Nice work done by Tracey Cach, a service advisor, and their technicians. Appreciated.

First time to the dealer. Showed up at 7:20 when they open at 7:30. Place was hopping - they took me early, quickly wrote the order (for an airbag recall) and offered fresh coffee, doughnuts, and a free loaner. Bummer was all my electronics were reset (radio presets, seat memories) and the car charger was sitting on the back seat? Next time when I''m paying, i'll ask for a car wash.

I was looking for a reliable and affordable car for my 16 year old daughter. I found a nice used Acura at Lexus in Sacramento. Even though the car that I was interested in was in the lower price range of the cars that are sold at the dealership, I was treated like I was buying the best car in their inventory. The GM, Christian, along with the sales staff that I dealt with were professional and went beyond to make this an great experience. They suggested that I use the big bow that you see on the Lexus Commercial to make this a special experience when I showed my daughter the car which I know she won't ever forget. Special thanks to Robert and Carlos for their excellent service.

I love my new RC200t I drove home several days ago...

I love my new RC200t I drove home several days ago. I was worried initially about spending the $ for such an expensive, beautiful car and came home with a CT200h the day before. I know the salesman was trying to sell me something utilitarian and budget-wise but even during the purchase process I knew I was not happy or comfortable with the hybrid. The salesman even followed me home after his work hours to ensure I arrived safely because I was so unsure and uncomfortable. I didn't sleep all night and knew I had made a bad decision for myself. I called the desk manager the next morning, explained my plight. The manager graciously agreed to allow me to "unwind and rewind the deal" so I could buy the RC200t, the vehicle I really wanted even though he explained will now have to list the car as "used" because I drove it off the lot home and back the next day. He did not penalize me financially and I just wrote a check for the price difference; plus he also discounted the RC200t some. The Lexus service so far is superb. Everyone is so nice and has treated me like I am a valued customer, like a queen. I look forward to many years of wonderful, special service there for as long as I own the car!

I have had my RC200t for 1 1/2 years now and remain very happy with my car. I had a little trouble several months after buying it because it would not start 2X but the free AAA insurance arrived to help me both times. When finally in the shop, it was determined the battery was low for some reason. I have not had any more problems since service recharged the battery back then.

The car runs well, looks sharp and provides the comfort of driving a classy luxury vehicle. Sound system is great for the local and Serius stations I like. I love that the back seats fold forward for extra carrying space so I can transport things with ease like my dog in her crate or items I buy at the home improvement store. The AC/heating is strong because summers here are hot, today 106 and sometimes it freezes in the winters. I just had the 15,000 mile service (I only have a little over 7,500 miles now) and cost was minimal. Lexus also did a complete detail inside and out as a courtesy because the last time I had the car in for service there were a few issues.

My sales experience at Lexus was top notch. I worked with Kent Owens before when I purchased a Lexus 2 years ago. I called Kent when I was in the market for another car. Kent remembered me and it was like talking to an old friend. We chatted about what car I was looking at, did a test drive, discussed some numbers and I left without buying. There was ZERO sales pressure. When you sell a quality product and you provide excellent service, there is no need to put on any sales tactics which I really appreciate.

A week later, I called Kent and we made a deal in less than 15 minutes. That was it. I proposed a number that was fair for both sides and Kent made it work. Less than 30 minutes later, I was done.

Lexus of Sacramento will have your vehicle delivered to your home with a specialist to go over all the features and get it all set up for you. Kent followed up with a call and a text and I will be doing more business with this dealership when I need another car.

Quick update. Purchased another vehicle from Kent Owens and as always, great price and great service.
