What an amazing first car buying experience from start to finish! The Internet Sales Manager, Carlos, was fantastic and made the process so seamless and easy. He was so professional and patient with all my questions and I felt like he genuinely had my best interests at heart. Mike is finance was also amazing and made all the paperwork go by quickly and efficiently, while ensuring everything was explained and all my questions were answered.

I initially started my car buying search at another dealership and it was a night and day difference working with Lexus or Sacramento in the best way possible. I honestly don t think I ll ever not own a Lexus after this experience.
