Ryan my service advisor is The greatest! I would highly recommend everyone that has a Lexus and is thinking about buying a luxury car to not overlook the importance of a what a a service advisor brings to the table. They can make owing a luxury car a great experience or a very negative one. Ryan, IMHO is the best!
