The Adelaide team are fantastic, I got to say they have always gone above and beyond to look after my needs. In this day and age I understand that people expect way to much, I work 15 hour days so it's hard to get a service centre to be flexible, Lexus have always put my needs 1st and always been accommodating. I work in the automotive industry and deal with a lot of the prestigious dealers and hands down Lexus customer service comes second to no1. If you shop around you will see what value really is.
