Lexington law is good credit repair I'm very satisfied.

This business is absolutely amazing. They work very quickly and efficiently while teaching you what needs to be done to raise credit score.

I called Lex law because there are legitimate errors on my credit report that need to be cleansed. After 3 weeks of monitoring my status which remains at 0% complete, I called to find a status where I waited on hold for 30 minutes. When they finally answered they told me they only address one item against 1 credit Bureau at a time every 4 months. They do NOT move to the next credit Bureau unless you formally request them to do so. This was never explained to me during my initial on-boarding in fact during that call it was mentioned that FULL resolution should be estimated within 8 weeks.

I'm very disappointed at this level of service, and I now plan to pursue an alternative. If you are looking for support, I suggest you seek another option outside of Lexington Law

Every time they are working with creditors I get notifications via email the next step or action they are doing, my credit score is climbing up so fast I couldn t believe....

Lexington Law is AWESOME! In 2 months they have removed 8 items from mine and my husband's credit...i would HIGHLY recommend them! Don't get discouraged to talk to several paralegals. They know what they are doing! Everyone is helpful and they listen well and go after creditors especially if creditor has been unruly and rude! Thanks Lexington Law!

I called them to get a simple answer about their services, a yes or no question. The girl on the phone got hung up, clearly did not know the simple answer and instead of getting the answer from her supervisor or co worker etc. she just repeated the same sentence over and over and over. She was reading from a script and someone was whispering to her to "ask again, ask again!" so she would repeat the same one sentence again without ever answering my question! Sad because I had my debit card out and I was all to ready to give them my $119 for ONE month... Glad I got an idiot on the phone because it looks like the rest of their staff isn't any better!....

I hired Lexington Law to help rebuild my credit from issues years ago when I was younger (and didn't know I actually needed to pay bills). Never do business with this company! Today after waiting 54 minutes on hold I finally get through to a representative. This representative was so rude over closing my account with a snarky attitude and constantly belittling me over closing due to financial means. I explained to him that that was not the only reason and I felt that they were not making progress for me. He was so unprofessional. When I asked to speak to someone else or a supervisor he said that is not going to happen there will be no supervisors during this call laughed at me. I told him I need to speak to someone else he yelled NO and hung up!!! We had also been paying a month in advanced for service upon canceling g was told there will be another full charge when I asked if they will be working on my account for the next 30 days since I am being charged again. He said no my account stops immediately so I am paying for an extra month for zero reason.

Stay away! I only had 3 marks on my credit. they were able to get one off right away. 4 months and $400 dollars later the other 2 did not move. What a rip off!

My Credit score was not that bad, but I wanted to improve it. I had financial concerns almost 4 years ago so I had late payments. Closed those accounts paid them off and paid everything on time after that. No extreme balances no negative comments, but after 4 months with Lexington Law my credit score has gone down and they do not help at all. Go to the Utah Better Business Bureau and read the 47 pages of negative comments...DO NOT waste you money!

I appreciated the professional and helpful manner with which I was serviced by lakeisha, I needed to cancel a membership that I had a misunderstanding about and she handled everything perfectly for me.

I personally haven't used them, but my boyfriend has and is using their service and is super happy. His credit went up tremendously

So I have been with them for two months now, and my credit score hasnt moved at all, I am stuck in the 550s on one report since I paid for them to mail a letters with my name on them. I got one of those letters sent back to me from a creditor. Its as though I typed it up and mailed to them. I was hoping to have the backing with an attorneys name signed on it. Not like a letter from me.

Literally just got off the phone with a representative and he sounded pissed that I didn't want to repair my credit... sorry not sorry I'm not going to PAY you to fix MY credit. It's asinine. I used to word for a credit card company and I have to credit cards myself. It's not hard making the minimum payments a month that total up to $67 excluding a $78 student loan. So tell me again why would I PAY someone to repair my credit? Definitely a scam I don't know about fraudulent though but I check out the reviews all through my Google search.

Lexington Law was okay. Although, I feel that they should have written all my creditors at one time instead of over a period of 5 months they still had items removed from my credit report by challening them. I was disgruntled to find that the same service I was receiving for $100/mo, I could have paid $59, for the same service.

Dont bother. They will delay and delay and delay costing you months of fees, just to tell you, they plan on doing the same thing they said they would do month 1. Go with another repair service

I got the aggressive package cuz I had a 424 credit score and now it s gone all the way up to over 700 credit score in 6 months it does take time due to the collections agency s moving slowly but they stay on it plus it went up and down due to past collections just start popping up from nowhere so make sure you give yourself at least 6-8 months for real lasting results depending on how bad your credit is so feel assured this is the real deal and the staff is nice even if you not nice to them so I say they have excellent customer service A+

I've been very pleased with my results from Lexington Law firm, they have move me up from poor to fair within one month. I had 10 removal deleted from my credit report. I highly recommend this company so, go ahead and call them you won't regret it. Thank you!!

WELL ITS TRUE YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING LEXINGTON LAW FIRM DOES FOR FREE. BUT I RATHER PAY THEM TO DO IT FOR ME. I DID SING UP FOR THE $100.00 A MONTH THEN AFTER SIX MONTHS 3 REMOVALS I DROPPED IT DOWN TO THE $50.00 A MONTH OR SO. FEW REMOVALS AND MONTHS LATER I BROUGHT MY PLAN TO THE MAINTENANCE PLAN LIKE $25 OR SO 7 ITEMS REMOVED FROM 9. I AM HAPPY TO SEE MY CREDIT ALMOST PERFECT I JUST HAVE 2 MORE ITEMS I NEED GONE. ITS BEEN ALMOST A YR SINCE I STARTED MARCH 2015

Lexington once provided a good service at a fair price. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. By way of disclosure, I'm a former employee who worked there for about 8 years. I once was a strong believer in Lexington but this can no longer be the case.
They have increased prices and are giving clients less for more money. They have cut service hours and staff so much that a Lexington manager told me that they have between 2 and 3 thousand abandoned calls per day. That is, people waiting on hold who hang up before they get to talk to someone. Call in wait times are usually well over 30 minutes.
Employees are under such pressure to keep customers that they don't tell people everything they should and may deliberately mislead people for fear they will cancel. The employees are supposed to "save " 75 percent or more of clients who might cancel.
Now they are forcing employees to save clients to much more expensive service levels than the client needs.
Once ethical this company no longer cares about anything but the bottom line.
Save a ton of money buy learning online how to do credit repair yourself. Lexington doesn't do anything for you you can't do for yourself.

i have never in my life dealt with a company like this. I made the mistake of calling this company as I was looking for a specific debt collector to pay my past bill. I was not looking for a place like this..only the company I thought I had to call to pay my bill. I listen to the gentleman explain how they could help me fix my credit report. After listening I advised I was not ready to make the decision to move forward yet..need to talk to husband..review bills..etc. This guy did NOT stop... he insisted on knowing what is holding me back.. he asked me personal questions about why or what I needed to talk to my husband about..etc. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint ..especially on the internet. I was told his manager Nathan Smith is not available to talk..and will not talk to me or provide a call back number. This was truly the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The amount of pressure and lack of customer concern was Astounding ! I truly feel like I just was scammed...unfortunately at the beginning of the call I provided my ssn as (like I mentioned) I was interested.. But there was NO way in hell Bobby would take that for an answer. I feel violated by his constant intrusive questioning.

Don't ever answer the phone so you can't cancel. I've called many times and put on hold waiting over 1/2 hr each time. Finally gave up and hung up

Not worth it you can somewhere else these people will tell you whatever you want to hear just to scam you they might remove a few items off your credit but it's not worth it . Lost a lot of money and time dealing with these people . Will never return . SCAMMERS

THIS IS A SCAM! TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Was supposed to cost a total of $99 once a month for me and my husband. First charge came through for $150 and two weeks later they are trying to charge us $200. When we called billing center it said you will be billed another $200 in two weeks. I was clear regarding our financial situation - over whelmed with doctors bills. Eating eggs for days at a time. How the F would theu expect us to pay $400 a month. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

I can't believe how wonderful the customer care is. The person I spoke with stayed on the phone with me for at least two hours listening to my situation and did whatever he could to help me and make me feel comfortable and safe. I don't understand anything about credit, so needless to say, it took a lot of explaning, but he didn't get impatient or annoyed, just patiently explained to me everything I didn't understand. If I could give 0 i would. I was looking to buy a home and the RTO agent transferred me to them to help with my credit. After giving me her pitch and telling me she was only going to charge me $14.95 today, I told her that i wanted to wait till I had a chance to review the program with my step father.After she kept pushing she blatantly told me i was "procrastinating". I said excuse me??? You're trying to get MY business.....very rude....I slammed the phone on her

I found a $19.90 charge on my card from Lexington Law. I never heard of them and I don't need credit repair. I called and was on the line 35 minutes. I dont give out my Social Security number so they looked under my name, zip, phone number and found nothing. They kept asking for my social and I wont give it to them, They refuse to give the money back. My opinion is they are fraud and rip-off specialists. I called my bank and WILL fill out fraud paperwork.

I signed up with LexingtonLaw at a time when my credit score was very very low and now it has greatly improved where opportunities have opened up for me to take advantage of. Lexington Law provides help for people who are looking for help changing their credit. They helped me monitor my credit score. They also sent out letters on my behalf. The amount I paid per month was very reasonable. I have left for personal reasons that delt with financial changes. I am willing to return once I figure things out. Thank you for the help.

In just a short time Lexington Law did an awful lot to repair some issues on our credit reports. They are excellent.

I have had a really good experience with Lexington Law, I am aware that what they do isn't difficult to do yourself initially but if you have the money to pay them screw it, It's worth it. In just 1 month they had started to rid my credit of 5 negative items. By the end of month 2, I had only positive reports on my credit. I'd recommend them to a friend, They've always been real good with customer support and answering questions over the phone as well.

No doubt you guys get the job done I would highly recommend it to anyone with credit issues

It is ironic that Lexington Law is associated with other companies that offer loans to help you with consolidation loans...Then you are told that you should join Lexington to get your score higher so you are eligible for these loans...Granted then did get some items off my report but is barely increased my score...nothing as promised...They really need to be investigated...Also their "high" stars are technically bogus!!!...But they are clever enough to be able to substantiate them...so RUN AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN!!!

I want to say that I have had great service! Every time I called with a problem, we discussed a solution and it worked out.

Good experience for me. I signed up about two years ago because I wanted to buy another house. In two years my score went up over 100 points. Bought a house 8 months ago. 400k Don't pay the fee on the web site. I signed up and they emailed me they would handle my case for $39.99. Well worth $40 a month.

This is the best thing I have even done! My credit score in the last two months has gone up almost 100 points. They keep me informed of what they are doing and every time I talk to someone they are so nice and accommodating. You won't regret giving them a call, because they have the best pricing out of all the places I looked into.

Lexington Law help my credit score better then ever could have expected. When I first singed up with them I had a 575 average score. I couldn't qualify for any loans credit cards anything. A little over a year now has passed and I now have an average score of 700. The cost of their service may seem steep but the savings of a better score is well worth it. I took a car loan from 24% interest was able to trade that car in and buy another at 12%. Then not only a month later I refinanced that loan for 6.5%. The total savings in all that was over $7,000. I have spent $1,500 on lexinton laws service and saved my self a little over $6,000 well worth it in my opinion.

When I call them be it an issue or a question they are super problem solvers!! Friendly, -engaging staff that is result-oriented with exceptional communication skills, impeccable work ethic and a proven track record in elevating the score!! Simply put, I would never utilize any other firm!!! They are outstanding!!! On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 10+!!!!

Don't use this company. I called just for information got tricked into paying for a free credit report. I decided not to sign up a week later my bank account is hit with a 100 bill that I did not authorize and over 300 in over draft fees and they wont take resoncibility for any of it. I repeat do not even make contact with these crooks. They claim to be a law firm but why do I have to hire an attorney to sue them for them debt they racked up on my personal account. Utterly ridiculous

I contacted #lendingtree to get some information on mortgage rates and they gave my number to #lexingtonlaw After speaking with them briefly, I politely told them I would contact when I was ready. OMG!! They will not stop calling and harassing my husband!! SO ANNOYING!!

There is a resource available Lexington Law Firm to assist you on your financial issues. If I had I would not had lost everything. Because I couldn't afford an attorney there is resources such as Lexington law to assist and help.

Since I have been with them for the past 5 months I was able to have 18 items removed from my credit report. Great company to work with and can cancel anytime.

The best in the industry. Its not going to happen over night. I recommended them to friend of mine. Within 45 days they removed his foreclosure! I didnt even know that was possible!

if i could give zero stars i would i have almost a year with this company trying to challenge things they clear for a month or two then comes back and the only reason they came off is because i cleared them myself with the creditors myself and yet im being charged for something they didnt clear completely in my opinion they are scam artist that will just take your money if you want to clear things out do your research and send letters yourselves to your creditors thats all it takes sadly i had to loose money to understand how these guys operate with this said in no way shape or form im not telling everyone to not hire this company but im giving an opinion not a statement
