I have seen what lex can do. Unfortanly people are not educated on how credit repair works, with Lexington you can get this education. It didn't take overnight to get bad credit. So it's not going to take over night to get it fixed.

Unbelievably the WORST customer service, filled with attitude and disrespect. Cancelled my membership after only a few months. Fix your credit yourself, it's cheaper and you don't have to deal with rude and ignorant representatives.

I am very pleased with the customer service here at Lexington. The agent was courteous, helpful, genuine and very respectful. He took time to ask if I needed any other help. I appreciated that he wanted to see if I was satisfied with the assistance.

Here's my story on Lexington Law. 2008/2009 in the middle of the financial crisis, I am forced to shut my restaurant down and my wife files for divorce. We settled with most of creditors (about $600,000) but still have over $250,000 in unsecured debt. Fast forward to April 2016, I reach out to Lexington Law and find that I have over 39 negative items spread over my three credit reports. As of June 9, 2016, they have removed 15 items and reduced the outstanding debt to $72,000. I have never had credit issues ever and was very skeptical about using a "credit repair company" but thought the only place to go is up. My FICO score has jumped about 50 points. Goal is 700 within the next 4 months and 780-800 within 12 months. Please realize a lot of my debt was over 6 years old so I assume it is easier to remove older debt. If you went out last week and bought a big screen tv and don't want to pay for it, Lexington Law is probably not the answer but if you need help clearing up older debt, they can help. This is a very individualistic issue and I think that is why you see such varying reviews. This is just my opinion.

Also, the most recent removals were for $49000 and $16000. They just don't work on small items!

WARNING THIS BUSINESS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST UNEXPERIENCED UNTRAINED AND UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE THAT WILL MESS YOUR LIFE AND IN TOP OF IT WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE DAMAGE

Over charged for the services I received. Take my advice, find a local credit repair company through your realtor. It took me 5 months to figure out that Lexington law is pretty much a rip off!

I recommended them to my friend Joseph Papaian. One person made him stay on hold for 20 minutes so he could talk to a supervisor. He wanted his FICO Score and they did not even give it to him. He canceled your service. Bad customer service. Total RIP off.

If you have any doubt about whether or not to hire Lexington Law for credit repair, put it aside! Within 24 hours of becoming their client my credit score went up 50 points, and within 4 business days they had already taken measures to challenge several items. I'm beyond happy with their efficiency and urgency, as well as their communication.

They are liars>>>>>> they told me a monthly price then increased that price the next month by 100% with no indication or contact or agreement of such increase. DO NOT TRUST THEM IN MY OPINION ........ BAD BAD BAD

They were very professional and an incredible service to have had accidentally stumbled upon. My score went up 90 points in 2 months and it still going up! Great service will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Every time that I have a question or I don't understand something they are so great at explaining it and they are so willing to work with us me and my husband as well even if it's a financial problem that you can't pay on time they will still overlooked it and still continue to help you and even when they're disputing your claims they do so I mean with my experience they have disputed so many things on my credit that it's mind-blowing and I will definitely never go nowhere else but to Lexington Law

After my divorce my credit was horrible. I had many things I needed to clear up but I was so overwhelmed I didn t know where to start. Lexington helped me tremendously! In 7 months I had nearly everything corrected! I am so relieved. It would have taken me 3 years to do what they did in months.

This company does nothing. All they do is take your money and drag the process out way longer than they need to so they can make more money off of you. It's been over 4 months and not one thing has been done to help me. You're better off writing the letters yourself, I did it and had items removed within one month of the letters I wrote myself.

Don't let them fool you, they have say it can take up to 12 months, that's a lie. They just take their time to get more money out of you. If there was a Negative stars I would give them a huge negative rating.

Great company and help. They truly work on improving your credit score

I always thought it would be hard and cost a lot of money to fix my credit score so I put it off. Then when I saw how quickly they helped me friend I gave it a shot. It only took about 3 months and my score was going up. Now I have a score I can be proud of.

I understand that negative reviews go with the territory of any business, however I can't imagine the comments are aimed at the same company I have grown to love. I began with them in Sept of 2015 and 6 months later I have had a significant jump from 634 to 723 without lifting a finger. I work 12 hrs a day 7 days a week in the industrial plants while going to school, so me completing this on my own is not feasible for me. For those who have the time save your money if you feel it's a scam. Always check the BBB if you want to fact check and feel more comfortable. Either way my score has increased and I am feeling great about everything that was promised and the hard work that was put in in my case. They DO NOT GUARANTEE results, but they do get them. Do your own research and don't trust anyone's information but your own.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL BILL YOU AFTER YOU CANCEL. VERY HARD TO CANCEL WITH. THEIR SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE !!!!!

I went to Lexington Law with an open mind I paid them for services that they did not rendered. They kept sending me notices that they had removed 12 negative items, 30 days later I found them still on my credit reports. I even asked them to show me the letters that they used to get these delinquent notices. They would not do that. They just take money and not fulfill their contractual obligations. They are a rip off. Learn from my mistakes. Go else were and do research on these credit repair companies.

I had only two small debts affecting my credit and they were able to get it removed fairly quickly, but their staff are uniformed and give different information depending on who you talk to. I was charged a monthly rate for only 2 weeks of service... When I called the first time, the guy never explained that to me. When I called to cancel after the month was up, I was informed that the first fee isn't for a full month. It doesn't make any sense. So I paid $75 for 2 weeks of service?! And an additional $30 for the 2 weeks I thought were apart of the monthly fee... just another company scamming people out of their hard earned money!

They have helped me improve my score a little bit and still look forward to working with these guys.

Have tried the past two months to cancel service and stop having my card charged but no luck! Will never recommend them.

I am not sure why some of these people feel the way they do about this company but I do not trust a lot of people. It takes time to fix your credit. I am happy that I took a chance because it's worth it. You have to do your part too in making sure you are being responsible and helping them with documents they may need in order to fight for you. My credit score was 400's and now it's 590 so I would say that's quite an improvement.

Verbally abusive on the phone. In a little over 4 months not one of the items that they claimed to have been removed from my credit reports can be confirmed to have been removed independently. Meaning if they claim something to have been removed from my Experian report, I should be able to go to Experian's tools and see that it has been removed within a couple of weeks to a month. This is not the case. Instead of asking where, how, if they could confirm the reports the berate, talk down to, and bully their customers. Avoid this "service" it is not at all as advertised.

My husband canceled his account with them and with me STILL having an active account I WAS NOT aware that they took $90 off my husband's card we are using the same card because I don't have a job so we thought our accounts were just one big one since we were married but NOOOO they charged my husband $90 $90!!! They finally canceled my account but STILL refuse to refund us the money they took from us, a supervisor was suppose to call my husband and NEVER DID!!! NEVER GOING THROUGH THEM AGAIN!! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They will tell you what you want to hear in the beginning when signing up but they don't take action. Have had them for 4 months and have not had ONE ITEM removed. Cancelled my service.

I have used Lexington Law Firm a few times and I even helped my lady get hers repaired. She was skeptical at first but I assured her they do excellent work and she was very pleased with their service. I'd recommend them to everyone.

They say on average they can clear 10.2 cases. That's all lies.. My wife and I signed up for the $80 program. It's been well over 5 months and I yet have to see any significant changes. Once a month they send out a letter to one of the bureau for one of your negative accounts. Then it's just a waiting game. Next month they send another letter and so on... I specifically told them to work on my Experian first but they simply did not comprehend my request...

Now after months of waiting and money spend. I hear that they have to send another letter. So now again wait another 30-60 days just to get one of the negatives removed...

After spending hundreds of dollars. You'll hear, in average we do remove 10 negatives in 4 months but it all depends...

Well it's my wife and I and nothing really changed after 5 months. My question is, do they really send out these letters? I have proof that they apparently did but yet have to hear from the banks... I canceled my service because I am not waiting 60 days to hear back from one case and then another 60 days to challenge that again.
They are not aggressive at all. They not going to challenge multiple accounts.

WORSED EXPERIENCE

Thus far, the system is great. Notifications, simple way to dispute with credit agencies. I feel these guys are engaged, and have a good program.

Lexington Law has been a great company to work with. They get bad remarks off of your credit report quickly. I would recommend them to anyone trying to improve their credit.

Scam. They are quick to take your money and offer very little service but when you cancel they still continue to debit money from your account without your knowledge or permission. Don't sign up with them

I was referred to this firm through a lending company. My understanding was that they would help me get a loan by working with lenders. No such luck. I have been rejected for multiple loans since hiring them. I called to get a refund, and they refused to give me one, basically admitting that despite being told something completely different, they were going to keep my money anyway. So they basically admitted that they make a living by scamming consumers. Do not hire them!

Lexington Law really went above and beyond to improve my credit score and remove things that did not suppose to be on my credit report. They showed me how to stay on top of my credit and suggested things that I should do in the future. I also did not go broke trying to improve my credit because they did it all for such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Lexington Law if you are looking to repair your credit and gain knowledge on future ways to stay on top of your credit. Thanks Lexington Law!!!

First day today with lexington law spoke to 2 people they where very helpful. like the fact they dont charg $300 plus dollars up front like other comapnies. I came to Lexington Law my credit wasn't to bad cause I had been paying past diet on my own to fix my credit but wanted to fix loose ends and late pay history and all . With in a week I start seeing my credit score go up.

I cannot complain...my credit score went from 400 to 535 in 4 months......although I had to stop using ...lost my job...but will use them again soon.

Tried tricking me into paying $100 a month read the reviews while on the phone with them, took 3.5 hours to cancel everything and still not sure if it's been truly canceled. Most likely from what I've read about them I'll be spending the money for an attorney to fix my mistake of talking to these frauds... DO NOT TALK TO THESE FOOLS

Worst company ever.pushy sales rep.the way Lexington law try to remove items is the most basic way of credit repair.they do not have any special connection with the 3 bureaus.they say the letter they mail are written by attorney's false.the don't send any letter out for 90 days.so they definitely get $300 Buck from you before they start the process.please really do your homework before choosing Lexington law. There is way more legit company out there.you pay for there advertising.there process is the exact same as the book credit repair for dummies...it's actually hilarious.

To be honest I really didn't expect much but I yet had faith..! From the time I actually talked with someone and setup everything, everything has been going great..! They have done everything that they said they would do and it shows..! Boy oh boy, JUST LOOK AT MY CREDIT SCORE..! I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR LEXINGTON LAW..!

These guys are terrible. I used them for several (More then 3 months) to have certain things removed and they focused more on the things that were of no importance and made the things that I wanted and needed to have removed the least important. All they do is send out letters to your creditors to see if they respond back or to see if they are going to challenge the request. If the creditors don't respond back then they contact the 3 credit bureaus. Now if they do respond back then Lexington Law Firm just sends out more letters. I can do that myself. Why should I pay them $99.00 to do the things that I can do for myself? It was a waste of money. They all tell the same lies when you speak to a representative. We are working really hard to get rid of those things. Some things just take time. The same thing over and over again with no results. I would not recommend them to a dog or my worst enemy.

Their service is a 3/5: They got things removed from my credit that were not mine. However their daily monitoring is a joke. I had to notify them myself that the items had been removed. Then a few days later they send me a notification that they had been taken off.

Their customer service and billing are a 0/5: They charged me more than their agreement claims to charge. Their "trained paralegals" are little more than customer service dolts. The last guy I talked to "explained" our agreement and then couldn't do anything but stammer and get his feelings hurt when I read the actual wording back to him. Proceeded to just obnoxiously repeat what he was saying multiple times in response to my questions.

Thanks for getting the stuff off of my report - you might want to try being a little less scammy in your billing practices.

Lexington law office helped improve my credit score, and it was pretty hassle free. Some more information on how certain businesses deal with disputes would have been valuable, but overall it was a good experience.

Pretty average..not over the top great but I got out of it what I wanted. Less than a year and my credit went up significantly. I was finally able to get some things removed from my score. Received weekly to monthly updates on credit (via text and email).

I called them. I got charged about $13 by a guy name Paulino, who I couldn't understand, but okay. Then I simply said to the guy, "I'm done, I don't want to do business with you," and our conversation got cut-off so I thought that was it. Week or so after, I was checking my bank statement and I notice about $100 from them. I immediately call them and they say, "Well, we begun working on your credit." How you can work on my credit and I didn't tell you to do anything other than take $13 for the credit check report. "Well, we tried to contact you." Contact me, I told that idiot Paulino that I'm done. "Well I'm sorry but we begun working on your credit and there is nothing I can do." I think I said enough about this crooks, so please don't do anything with this thieves.

Worst company ever and I mean ever I've wasted so much money just imagine paying $119 for 8 or 9 months during that time my credit school went down 45 went up 47 I cancelled now my credit score is a 200 points less like what in the world did they do I have a 415 credit school now I am so upset just in last past 6 days it went down 95 points ..... I had a 600 credit score how can I run a business with this type of mess..... What a waste
