Lexington Law is the best service that really help people get thing back on track.

These guys do everything they promise and more! Top notch customer service, constant updates and they won t stop until until every negative item is removed and even then they never stop and constantly monitor your credit. Absolutely worth every penny. I recommend them to everyone.

Lexington Law is a scam. I asked to cancel my account. They said they would . They kept charging my credit card even thou I had cancelled. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK CARD INFORMATION. THEY WILL ABUSE IT. It amounts to theft. I had to change my card number because of Lexington Law. Beware., They will ask for several forms of payment when you sign up.

My husband called them about 2 months ago just to get some basic information and see if maybe he would consider them helping him, every day since then they have called our phone 2 times a day even when we requested for them to take our number off the call list. they also have sent letters over and over to our home. They are extremely disrespectful and obviously don't listen. In my opinion they are NOT professional by ANY means!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Lexington Law. The paralegals were very detailed with the service they provided and my FICO scores went up over 150 points in a few short months. I ve just cancelled with them because I no longer need their services, but so far I haven t had any complaints. If need be, I ll use their service again in the future.

This was a scam. They had me sign up for the premier package (most expensive) because I needed immediate work done. Then once I was signed up, told me they could only work on 3 things a month anyways. But I always had to call them to actually work on anything. They got 1 thing removed off of all credit reports and called it 3. I had better luck removing things myself. Then when I say I want to cancel they say I owe them money because the bill a month behind. They definitely didn't tell me that when I signed up. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my money.

Horrible, it is almost impossible to get ahold of any one from this company., they saI'd they would call me back and never got a call, way to much money and they don't get anything done I went ahead and contacted the credit bureaus myself and got everything cleared up in one day

Rude, no customer service attitude, Loud and a money grabbing scam.

I used LL after a long bad run of financial issues leading me to credit "flat-line". I started out with them with a FICO score around 540 and after two years I was back up and running with a FICO nearing 720. Month after month I continuously seen credit score improvements as well as watching stuff fall off my report. I was consistently updated through Email on what was going on.

Why only three stars if they were so good you ask? It is a great service, however, I felt as if it could have taken place in a faster rate. At times I felt as if I was getting "nickle and dimed" just to keep my account open. Think of it like they didn't want to repair my credit to fast, that they wouldn't make enough money off of me. So yes, I felt they kept it at times at a pace they could get more out of me.

In the end, if I ever need their service again (I hope not, but stuff happens) I wont hesitate to utilize their services even if I limit the time frame in which they get my money.

Dont deal with these crooks!!! If you try to.cancel (20 days in advance ) they will charge you for work that has not been complete.

horrible experience! they were charging my card for different things not explained over recording or in papers needing signature! ... called to speak with "unprofessional" supervisor about problem and she kept speaking over me very "ghetto".. oh yeah and ive only been with them for 2 weeks ...... money money money !!!!

I have been paying lexington for 6 almost 7 months now and my credit score has actually gone down and NEVER up! There is only two things on my credit one from 2009 and the other 2010. I've never been contacted by them to ask questions about my credit issues when my husband was contacted at least once a week. I am completely dissatisfied with these services and have no other choice but to fire them. If you do not have much on your credit, I'd advise you to not waste your time or MONEY! It's not worth it to only see your credit score drop after almost 7 months...

I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEAK WITH TRISH... honestly people like her who doesn t think it s a problem to talk to someone the way she spoke with me needs to find a different job. I was under the impresssion that this company is supposed to help and be understanding... So Trish I m sorry you had to speak with someone you believe is beneath you and I would like to inform you that you didn t help me and I m sure with your attitude you will learn very quickly it won t get you far in your life. Lexington law is the best place in the world too repair your credit the number one place

I would leave zero stars if possible. Dealt with this company for several months to resolve a legitimate credit issue however they did nothing I couldn't do myself without minimal effort. They were unable to resolve the issue or provide me with any documentation whatsoever that they provided any services they claimed they provided. The credit bureaus actually provided me direct information showing me that Lexington was NOT providing me the services they claimed while representing me, rather than milking me for further payments and dragging out the process unnecessarily, so I canceled the service. They tried to offer me same services for 15% the cost after I wanted to cancel. I declined because their service wasn't even worth that. After that they said they will continue to charge for an additional month at full price while NOT providing any services. That is their policy, even though they charge upfront to perform service, they charge additional month at cancellation without providing any. I gave this company every opportunity and benefit of doubt to provide any legitimate service yet they couldn't. Avoid them like the plague, do minimal research and do it yourself. You will have better results and save alot of money.

Scammers they did not remove one item for one year from my account.

I can not give a star. They refuse to cancel when asked to and told me they can not do so. they said that I am not able to yet they say I can cancel at any time. I had financial issues happen that I was not able to pay anything before they began my case. Yet I can not cancel. Now there has been charges to my account that they authorized for me which I did not authorized. They have now made me loose a job because they took money out of my account and I could not afford to get to the job. I am highly pissed off and right now my opinion on them sucks. SO because I had to give them a rating it is one star. but to me they do not even deserve that. Oh and not to mention since they sent letters to creditors for me as they put it I have gotten more harrasing calls then I did before. I am going to have to change my number now because these calls are on a 24 hour bases and I can not keep phone on for emergencies at night because they do not stop calling. they made things worse for me. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big scam people don't waste you money they claimed that they removed stuff from my credit report but when I checked my report it was still there.

Continuous unsolicited calls and texts even after I told him to take me off their call list

I would've gave them 2 stars but in the end they ended up acting like a bunch of debt collectors adding hidden fees like $20 late fees & a $29.95 fee for cancelling my subscription. Supposedly for work done when on their mobile app it's been the same since when I first started with them 4 months ago. All they did was call me bugging me about money. Reciting the work they done for me when in actuality, I sent in a letter with the help of Crefit Karma 2 months before I signed up with Lexington Law. Which was already in the process of being took off my credit report & everytime I talked to them about closing my account all they did was take credit for the work I already did. In the end I feel like they robbed me for over $400. They act like they're there to help but are really just like the debt collectors your trying to get help from.

I am so thankful for Lexington Law Firm. I was a little skeptical about calling them, but when I finally called, the Representative I spoke to was so helpful and kind. He walked me through the process. I am so excited that they offer credit repair services. They have done so much for me credit wise. I thank God for using this company to help me with my credit I started with a 488 score had been rip off so many times prior to Lexington Law Firm. My score is now 554 I've been with them sense last year June never had a problem with customer service always there for me. People listen nothing is like a micro wave dinner let's be fair things take time and a lot of hard work behind the scenes and you've to do your part. If you don't have the patience or time to wait than you will make this a bad experience this company have made me a believer again I gave up on getting g help with my credit that I mess up and this company revive me. I've credit cards that if if weren't for Lexington no way I could've gotten these cards I made a big mess when I was younger and now I've a second chance thank God. The experience with the Lexington Law's ppl was extremely wonderful & most helpful & pleasant & understanding ,they made it easy & pleasant to work with !!!

It took almost a month to get logged into my account due to an incorrect email that no one verified. I finally got in touch with someone after 20 mins on hold on 3 phone lines....Overall I am satisfied at this moment however the lack of professional care for my account was very concerning. In addition to the harassing calls about payment for a service that I never received. Also JAMIE a CSR was phenomenal I would give her 10 stars! But the company itself needs some fine tuned sensitivity training.

While the price is a bit high, you certainly get what you pay for. The paralegals are very educated, professional and understanding. They break everything down for you to understand anything involved in your case. They explained a lot to me and I have a much better understanding of where I stand financially and what I can do about it. My finances went to hell and a handbasket when that Nashville Tornado hit us in Feb/March you might have remembered it on the news. After that the Covid-19 hit and we faced juggling bills and lowered demand. Before I was at 700 credit rating but by March was under 630 and now bouncing back from mid 550s. This takes me and LL time to send and receive documents with bureau and creditors wasting time to stall
Also I could and did send some of my own letters out and signed them and added notes and things which gave me a glimpse in what esp credit card companies try to get away with and what I could personally counter them with legalese I only now understand. With business back up in full swing and bills payed on time there is still some yuck on the report but I am back from the mid 500s to 600 or so and on the way forward.
I actually paid off and closed 6 old cards that were low credit line and also kept the best of the best and 2 I paid off and now they want to work with me again they just wanted the money thats all not make business miserable

Sometimes a long hold, it depends on the time and day that you call. I would recommend calling in the middle of the week later in the afternoon. Every time I have spoken to a paralegal they were extremely helpful, especially the one I just spoke with today. Gave me the time and experience to do a couple of things that I did not think of myself. Hung up phone with a very good feeling of satisfaction and more knowledge that I definitely need

Lexington law is the place to go for credit repair, because they have helped me extremely. They work on getting the bad off your credit. I already have a credit card off one of my credit bureau. They are very courteous and knowledgeable about your credit. They will work with you on what you want, say for instance if you want to fight a bad issue of your report they will do so, if not they will leave it alone, it s up to you. They have helped me with a lot of my bad issues on my credit. I thank them for all of their help.

Disceptive they charge almost 300 for you first month please be aware 15 +130+ 130 - the customer service is rude - it takes forever to get someone on the phone after you sign up of course - please beware their sale people will deceive you to set up your account - when you try to cancel they are rude an uncooperative

I recommend this service for anyone trying to repair their credit and don't know where to start or how to go about it. Lexington Law has given me an avenue and insight on how to fix and repair my credit in a way that I wouldn't have known how. Paralegals are always very friendly and helpful and willing to work with me.

If you let Lexington Law Firm work in your corner they can and will help you to remove all of the negative from your credit repair. Hundreds of dollars a month I spent for a year for them to remove items that reappear after 30 days. Complete SCAM. Look at MOST of their 4 & 5 star reviews are likely paid reviews by reviewers who have only 1 posted Google review.

The worst company ever, they are out there to milk you, and they will only act if you call them and they will give you the stupidest reason undermining people intelligence. Complete scam, they should be investigated and shut down.
Save your hard earning money and invest it with a legit law firm because those guys are far from it.

Seven years ago, I experienced a difficult time correcting an error on my credit report; disfavoring my ability to get the best interest rate on a new mortgage loan. Lexington Law provided invaluable guidance in troubleshooting this complex issue as well as repairing my credit report. This allowed me to get the best interest rate on a new mortgage and hence, move forward with an exceptional credit report.

The paralegal was very kind and patient with me in providing me with the information I needed. He also made some suggestions. I didn't understand a lot of the items on my report he walked me through them
And I got a better ideal of what I needed to do in-order to get my credit score higher.

Increadible service! Increadible results. I was very cautious about this company before starting the program I read a lot of negative reviews, but just 2 months in and my credit has changed substantially thanks to Lexington Law firm. 20 negative items and collections removed in 2 months. And still counting. Even a few I was absolutely sure they couldn't get removed they removed them. People with poor credit are quick to throw out words like "scam" and "gimmick" because they didn't see results within the first few days or weeks. Be patient, it is a little pricey but definitely worth it. I would recommend their service to anyone who just wants to get back on top of things. I started with Lexington Law 3 years ago. Within a year they had completely taken care of the inquiries on my credit. I didn't owe any debts to creditors but it was still counting against my credit. Lexington Law not only removed all the items but continued to help me build my credit. I was able to apply for loans without a cosigner and was able to start a mortgage and get into my own house. I could not have done anything without the help that Lexington Law provided me. One very satisfied customer!

I enrolled today, June 26, 2018, I already had six creditors removed from my credit reports. They will work with you. Go ahead and give them a call. Pick up the phone and call they are goid.

This company its a joke, the guy I talk to told me he was gonna call me to explain me better the next day because I was at work, he never call me and they took out 130 out of my bank account , I call them to see why they took out money a day after i talk to the guy, and the lady i talk to couldn't explain to me why they took out money out of my bank account. I told them to cancel whatever they sign me up for and they only gave me back half of the money, and it been more than a week and still not on my bank account.

I signed up a month ago. They sent 3 letters out for me. 1 of them was sent to the wrong address and returned back to me. After seeing how simple the letter is and easy to do myself I decided to cancel the service. Disputing stuff on your report is EASY. dont pay 100 a month for 3 letters a month when you can do it all on your own in one month. Just pull your credit , get the addresses ans account numbers, look up a example dispute letter online and send certified mail. I sent out 6 letters last Saturday and in 30 days I will have my answer. One of the letters Lexington law sent did get a collection off my report. But for $114 to get started and another $100 for the first month just DO IT YOURSELF. That's $214 for one month of them sending basically 2 letters. Dont waste your money folks. Do it yourself

I strongly recommend not to sign up for service. No real communication at all during process and zero results. Seems to me they just take your monthly fees until eventual you get frustrated enough to cancel. You can never actually speak with anyone outside of auto generated updates. Takes a lot for me to leave a negative review.

These guys get referrals from robocallers. I know this because I listened as the spoofed robocaller handed off the referral to a very enthusiastic counselor. I called them back later from a different number and let them have it. They claimed ignorance and said they cant control that. It was in the same tone as Hillary's "wipe it..? What, like with a cloth?".

I have had awesome customer service with Lexington Law Firm. They are improving my Credit Report and very pleased with them.

They were nice. I'm waiting to see how things turn out. So far things are good.

I had an incredible experience with Lexington Law. I stayed with them a year and in that year, my score and my credit reports were impacted GREATLY. I saw my score JUMP because of the work they were able to do for me removing erroneous items from my reports. The paralegals were awesome and the app for my phone was easy to use and very interactive.

ALL SITUATIONS ARE DIFFERENT. Don't fall for all of the negative comments. Some people may just have an ax to grind because they didn't get the results they had hoped for. Lexington tells you up front that they DO NOT GUARANTEE any results and results vary.

I would recommend them to everyone. Pick the plan that works for you and let them work FOR YOU.

This company is a scam. I've been with them for 2 years and no change to my credit.

Wouldn't work with me on payments and couldn't get my depression medications or car insurance to go to work. This company has one thing in mind to take your money and not help with anything

I experienced the worst customer service with this company. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. They take forever to respond to emails and the paralegal Ashley is very rude and unprofessional. When asked to provide documentation for work they claimed to have performed I was told it wasn t available and she quoted false regulations that she claimed was internal. I wasted hundreds of dollars on this company and did more for myself then they were able to.

My husband and I decided to go with Lexington to fix our credit. It was a huge mistake. They charged us way more then what was told to us on the phone, then even after my husband called to cancel they still charged my card which messed with other bills. And now when I told them again to cancel I still have to pay another payment of over 130.

I was on the initial phone call setting things up, and I was being asked a bunch of questions I wasn't ready for. I then asked to cancel the whole thing until I can get more info and I would try again. Today, boom 129 taken out of my account. Called and was on hold for 30+ min, u til I hung up. The guy that emailed me said I had a 5 day grace period. Well, that's funny because I asked to cancel that day and it took them a week to cancel it. I won't be back!!!!

The call originated from my daughter, she is a current client, so she(my daughter) asked if there was any discount by referring someone she explained to us how the process of that works. After she was done helping my daughter, she helped assist me with getting started with Lexington law as I need some assistance with my credit. LEXINGTON. LAW delivers on their service promises! My credit score plummeted when I became a victim of identity theft, and was fighting a relentless battle with credit reporting agencies, for not months but for years! I was desperate to repair a battled score! I had tried everything; Life Lock, Experian Credit Monitoring, my bank s credit service, police reports, certified letters, and even hired an attorney nothing helped! I spent hours, on the phone, tears, and frustration to get something removed only for it to reappear on another agency report! Finally, I turned to Lexington Law I admit I was skeptical...but soon saw within the 1st month they had began to work after I simply provided information. They knew what and how to ensure all the removal of the damaging reporting, and to keep it off for good! I had an unknown business entity hitting my credit report monthly with a hard inquiry, it was destroying my score! The police did nothing, the agencies did nothing! But Lexington Law composed a letter, told me to get it notarized and send it certified mail! It stopped! one after the other the negative reporting cane off! The best of the best, was the most recent phone call, informing me that since all my negative items had been removed from my agency reports and my scores are Now consistently high (700 s again), it was not necessary for me to continue to pay for the premium coverage as I had over the past 8 months! So not only were they going to reduce my monthly fee, but they were crediting me for that past month, and putting me on the lowest $24/mo program! Seriously? What company calls and says, we know we helped you, so no need to pay us more than is necessary! . Honestly, no matter what your credit situation might be, if you need help with the repairs, you must call Lexington Law! The paralegals, like Vanessa, are So knowledgeable. The firm is managed by Attorney Brad, who will personally know your case, and email you with any question you have. They are available always and quick to respond. I highly recommend Lexington Law! I ll remain eternally grateful for the services they provided to me! Don t wait another minute if you need credit repair... no other company performs or will consistently stand by you until all issues are resolved, like Lexington Law!
