Went to LEVEL for a movie showing of Moonlight. I can't say much about the inside of the building but the level where we were at was very well furnished with patio chairs and a nice for pit. It's definitely somewhere I could consider staying in the future.

We stayed at Level during a short trip to LA. I gave them 4 stars because it's not the best fit for a short stay (less than a week). While it's an amazing place, and the apartments are nice - not having the full hotel services for a short stay can be bothersome. The one saving grace is that there's a whole foods less than 3 minute walk away so I was able to get everything quickly. For a long term stay, this place is perfect.

IMPORTANT note: they only service your apartment once a week - so if you're staying shorter than a week they won't service your apartment during that time. They do offer to give you clean towels whenever you need them.

The pool is amazing and all the amenities are first class.

The place rocks! Awesome swimming pool, hot tub and amazing views of Los Angeles. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay. Worth every dime. I accidentally put two stars please ignore that. It's six stars allll the way. Don't think twice guys....stay. Don't blow more on hotels. Given the housekeeping can be a little better with their supplies and see that all rooms are fully accommodated before the rooms are given out. But they are so cooperative so that makes up for it. I
Perhaps a complementary breakfast would be nice but we'll ...that's OK too.

Stayed here on my last trip to LA and I was blown away by Level. For the price of a nice hotel downtown you get a full luxury condo. The building and units are modern and stylish. This place is top notch all the way around. The amenities level is awesome with pool, hot tub, numerous outdoor lounge areas, and even a basket ball court. The unit had a large balcony which offered great views of LA and was wonderful to enjoy the weather. The inside of the unit was very comfortable and had everything at your finger tips. The property staff was friendly and efficient, checking in and out was super easy and no long waits for the valet. If you are visiting the downtown LA area I highly recommend checking out Level you will not be disappointed.

This is a fantastic apartment hotel. Clean and tidy. Very nice and helpful staff. The room / apartment is modern. Feels very Scandinavian in its design. There is "valet parking". The guys are so friendly and it works so well to get the car through the hotel's app. As Swedes, we do not understand this at all by giving tips. Probably we are embarrassingly bad to drink because we do not know that culture at all. But they are very friendly anyway. At the pool there are always towels. The opening hours at the common areas are excellent. There are grills to borrow. And a roof top cinema. Here you feel good simply.

We didn't really get to stay, it was just to visit.

Great setup! Room was awesome. They have a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, fitness room, and a lounge. Walking distance to the Ralph's. Nothing negative to say.

Loved the amenities, including the pool and the basketball court. The rooms are very well furnished.

Went here for the roof top movie. It was okay, the employees were nice but the set up is cramped and the drinks were very weak for $10.

Hall is great, furniture looked great everything was awesome except for one thing. A concierge guy named london I think was a huge as whole.

This place is rad. Came here for the movie on Friday the 13th and it was divine! Will be back.

Everything was as expected great customer service & Good Prices

We were up on the 31st floor and the view was incredible. It was so nice! Very fancy, like the kind of fancy where it took me a minute to find the fridge....

When we send corporate guests here we know they will have a pleasant experience. I stayed here for the first time last weekend, and can see why our clients love it.

It took 2 hours to get a couple towels. The place looks really nice even though our room overlooks a construction site and there are no black out shades in the living room so who ever sleeps out there gets woken up by th sun.

The rooms were beautiful. The view was awesome. Driving there was good not that much traffic. The location was a great spot. Close to all the stores, restaurants and activities. The people at the LEVEL were very polite and helpful.

This place is amazing! I stayed here with a group of friends for a girls trip and it felt just like home. I was able to get in some good workouts at the gym, as well as play basketball with people I met. The pool is beautiful, but I didn't swim lol. Next time I visit Cali, this will be my go-to home. The workers were southern-style friendly, so that's definitely a plus in my book! You have to have your card to get in and to have access to different amentities; that's fair. At one point, I was just standing on the elevator lol didn't know I had to tap my card to go anywhere lol . Overall, great experience.

Spacious rooms that are clean. My only complaint was that parking is not included with the room fee and is fairly high at $35 a night.

Went here for Rooftop cinema club and had an amazing time! Very clean facility in a nice area of downtown

I arrived and for 2 consecutive days they did not clean the apartment. That Yes, they charge with check in ....

Two bedrooms suite was excellent. The view on the 19th floor was wonderful too.

One of the best parts of the room I visited was the view. The amenities were of course great but that view was unbeatable. Would reccomend to friends.

Friendly staff. We stayed here while my husband attended MWC conference. We came from a popular 4 star resort in Dana Pointe and this suite blew them out of the water. Better bang for our buck for sure. I didn t want to leave. The common area with the pool, basketball courts and sitting areas were well cared for and very luxurious. Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculate, comfortable and had all the amenities we could ever want or need. The fabulous robes were a nice touch. There s a Whole Foods a block away so I was able to stock up for the week. Lots of coffee and food places in the area. We really felt immersed in the downtown area. The highlight of our stay was learning that one of our favorite tv series was filming in the building so we were able to see members of the cast and sit with the crew while they filmed. A true LA experience! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is immaculate. Excellent facilities and craftsmanship inside the rooms.

The staff in its entirety is a complete joke when it comes to respect and creating an inviting environment. I would never again sign a lease to live here. Again, the facilities are amazing. The staff could not be more immature and unprofessional - as a real estate investor for top athletes and musicians I have never been treated worse by any customer service representatives for such a consistent amount of time. It's very disappointing to say the least.

This place is nice, yet the service is full of apologies and they don t rectify the problem! We came for my husband s 45th bday and upon check in things went array. Gave us a room that was occupied, no ironing board, no cable box, windows wide open and broke, no towels, no bedding for let out couch and so on. Only things completed new room that wasn t occupied and the windows and cable box. It s pretty but yet it s not prepared for the guests. A lot of young ppl here and it shows. Needed a $200/a night Deposit totaling $800 which was not disclosed after paying $2,377 in advance; the rep was nice enough to do $500! But, we can t even get towels! Totally disappointed, I will Never stay here again.

Level Furnished apartments are amazing I'm hoping to rent an apartment there soon. It has tons of amenities threat views friendly staff and it's in the heart of downtown.

Luxury apartment situated in DTLA. I stayed in this place for just over a month and was thrilled with the view, amenities, and other residents onboard here. It's a convenient location and I would highly recommend for anybody looking to buy an apartment here.

Go to Cognoscenti, the best coffee shop in LA, and it's downstairs on the Olive Street side of the building.

Came here for the Rooftop Cinema movie on 7-5-19. Was a lot of fun and I love coming here when I am in LA during the summer!

I had a lovely stay here. Definitely a repeatable stay. I felt very welcome and taken care of. The view is amazing and so is the pool area. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My favorite part is relaxing in the deep bathtub. Thnx LEVEL!

The view at night is absolutely breathtaking an excellent spot to wine down. This place has so much positive energy, great place to stay to conduct business. The whole living quarters is a great opening with drastic windows made for you to take in the view.
