TriCounty Telecom Review

TriCounty Telecom has been great to us. Anytime something needed to be repaired they would come right on by and fix whatever needed repair and they would do it in a timely manner.

The service I have received from TriCounty Telecom has been terrific. They have always been able to handle an outage or any type of crisis in a very timely and efficient manner.

Great place and great service get you on internet fast as a cat!

I have the whole package from TriCounty: cable, phone and internet. Every time I deal with TriCounty it's like I am working with family, easy process.

People are great at this place, I KNOW , its a cable company!!!!

The only reason why I gave it a one is because the young lady that took my information was nice. However, I was inquiring to get high speed internet. She ran my credit I was approved. Had to put 55 down did that. Asked her when will a technician be out. She informed me they could not give out the information?? That was a red flag for me. But, like most of us we give people the benefit of the doubt. Days went by called to check to the status. I was informed I was not in the system. Ok, now I'm lost. The woman who ran my credit, had me sign paper work, charge my card 55, and I'm not in the system. Has to be a joke! The woman said she got real busy and she will try to put order in by the end of the business day. Ok, no problem. Called back two days look later. She informed me I'm in the system so I ask again, when will a technician be out. Same question, different response this time. She says well you have 30-40 people ahead of you. Excuse me! Cancel the service and refund my money. She said we never charge your card. Even worst. I gave you personal information and what you just having laying around. No. Unacceptable!

Cable service has been terrible since TriCounty took over from Reds Cable. We have never had a single day when all channels have worked. There have been several occasions when service was totally down.

Great customer service reps. Been with them for all my phone & Internet there for almost 34 yrs.

Not Good We Don't Have Cable Over A Frost n Phone Diabilty Doesn't. Allow Us To Have Another Penny Made .. That's What Happen When U Get Old And Disablied .Tri-@County Was Awesome !!!
