We have been there for 4 or 5 times and come back in October.
The hotel and the area are super clean. The rooms in the main building are all newly renovated. The rooms are large with large bathroom and small balcony. Coffee and tea as well as mini bar is filled up daily. The food is varied and varied. The drinks at the bars are great and it is on the wishes received. We feel really welcome every time. Many employees have been employed there for a long time. At the reception one speaks all languages and is warmly welcomed. The waiters are nice and courteous (Ismail is unfortunately now studying, we wish him much success). Also the animation is great and also some people are always there. They are not intrusive but still always provide entertainment. The garden is a dream. The bungalows are located in the garden, which is crossed with small streams. All bungalows and rooms have air conditioning. The service is top. You try to fulfill every wish. Since there are always without children and outside the holidays, I can not judge the children's entertainment but the playground and I call it "kindergarten" and the associated pool clean and very well maintained.
There is something for everyone to do all day, if you want.

We were very pleased with the hotel we went again with my cousin again. Words are not enough to get through. We were like family with the staff. A very nice hotel with everything. The first impression of the hotel was very good, due to the very nice reception. We were informed in detail about the system and just as friendly accompanied to our room. The room was very clean, which changed over the course of our stay. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The staff was friendly and courteous in all areas. The food in the restaurant was OK. It wasn't varied at all. There was only one theme evening and the food was varied and very good. Otherwise there was actually the same thing to eat every or almost every day. You can always have a drink around the clock. There is always food. After lunch, a small buffet is offered by the pool until dinner begins. The fitness area, was a catastrophe, unfortunately has nothing to do with 5 stars. All the equipment is as good as rusted and it really looks like a shack.
The beach is nice, but a rocky sand. The highlight were the mattresses on the beach, on which you could relax very well.
Unfortunately, we could not attend the evening program either, because the music was turned up excessively loud in this area, which we could not explain because the area is much too small for the volume. It is therefore not possible to participate in the evening program with a baby unless you have hearing protection with you. The live music was very pleasant.
The complex itself is very manageable, nicely designed and invites you to relax. There are a lot of different figures and sculptures on the site, so that you can take beautiful pictures here.
What I liked is that there was a game room, from which you could borrow games or balls etc. Exercise activities are offered. The hotel is great for children, especially with the slides by the pool, but only because they don't care about anything else.
All in all, we had a nice and relaxing holiday despite everything.

Why I now have to subtract another star is that an employee, who is also responsible for collecting hotel reviews, asked us for a few days whether we could write a review. I did this in her presence. An hour later she called us in our room and tried to explain something to me about the review I gave. She couldn't do that properly and asked if she could stop by. In summary, she wanted to get me to change my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. She did this in a non-honest way that made us feel ripped too. Because we choose a hotel precisely because of such manipulated reviews, which does not correspond to the category and truth. Accordingly, I would not trust the reviews on Tripadvisor.
Regardless of this promotion, this hotel is a far cry from a 5 star hotel. Overall, I had planned to give 3 stars, but through this promotion I deducted another star.

Nice quiet place to lie back and soak up the sun, but nothing more ...

The staff have problems with basic responsiveness: a child tried to take water from the refrigerator in a beach bar 5 minutes after closing - was refused, strange for a 5 * ... The minibar in the room is about nothing, a tick on paper.

Sun loungers by the pool - after ten it is unrealistic to find a free one, although people do not use it, they borrow and go to the beach or ...

Plus - a large green area of the hotel, good food, good location. The atmosphere disposes to escape from the bustle of the big city :)

To get to the rooms, you take a covered passage which passes through a magnificent garden with the good smells of spring blooms.

BEDROOMS:
The service is very good, the rooms clean and comfortable, a large bathroom.
The only small problem, I was accommodated in a room which gave directly above the kitchens, according to the wind, one would sometimes recover the odors if one left the door of the balcony open.

Having spent the week here, this is my honest review. Yes, there are things they can do better, room tabs for starters, but there are a lot of things they're doing right. The animations team, the mini club, the frequent snacks. The facilities are good, maybe not enough shade. The kids really enjoy the mini club. The swimming pools are excellent and the water slides are a lot of fun. The beach is not my favorite as the sand gets scorching hot. In the end we had a good time unwinding and ultimately that's what it's all about. After coming to the realisation that English is not their first language, I actually appreciated the fact that they're trying, and that's all good. So do come here, don't expect too much and you might just be surprised. Thanks for a great holiday with lots of memories.

In general, the staff put the big five. Everyone is smiling, many people speak Russian well. The hotel is very beautiful, there are statues everywhere, lots of greenery, a very clean and well-kept beach, for me this is one of the most important advantages!
