The first impression of the hotel was very good, due to the very nice reception. We were informed in detail about the system and just as friendly accompanied to our room. The room was very clean, which changed over the course of our stay. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The staff was friendly and courteous in all areas. The food in the restaurant was OK. It wasn't varied at all. There was only one theme evening and the food was varied and very good. Otherwise there was actually the same thing to eat every or almost every day. You can always have a drink around the clock. There is always food. After lunch, a small buffet is offered by the pool until dinner begins. The fitness area, was a catastrophe, unfortunately has nothing to do with 5 stars. All the equipment is as good as rusted and it really looks like a shack.
The beach is nice, but a rocky sand. The highlight were the mattresses on the beach, on which you could relax very well.
Unfortunately, we could not attend the evening program either, because the music was turned up excessively loud in this area, which we could not explain because the area is much too small for the volume. It is therefore not possible to participate in the evening program with a baby unless you have hearing protection with you. The live music was very pleasant.
The complex itself is very manageable, nicely designed and invites you to relax. There are a lot of different figures and sculptures on the site, so that you can take beautiful pictures here.
What I liked is that there was a game room, from which you could borrow games or balls etc. Exercise activities are offered. The hotel is great for children, especially with the slides by the pool, but only because they don't care about anything else.
All in all, we had a nice and relaxing holiday despite everything.

Why I now have to subtract another star is that an employee, who is also responsible for collecting hotel reviews, asked us for a few days whether we could write a review. I did this in her presence. An hour later she called us in our room and tried to explain something to me about the review I gave. She couldn't do that properly and asked if she could stop by. In summary, she wanted to get me to change my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. She did this in a non-honest way that made us feel ripped too. Because we choose a hotel precisely because of such manipulated reviews, which does not correspond to the category and truth. Accordingly, I would not trust the reviews on Tripadvisor.
Regardless of this promotion, this hotel is a far cry from a 5 star hotel. Overall, I had planned to give 3 stars, but through this promotion I deducted another star.
