Very nice hotel, very friendly staff with perfect English. Some also speak very good German.

Had a power failure in the room, this was fixed in the shortest possible time (less than 10 minutes).

We also had to go to the hospital briefly. There, too, the information from the hotel was very positive. Gladly again.
