This is not a review of this business. I am rating this business one star because I keep receiving spam calls from their number. I have nothing to do with these people. I am not a media company. I do not have any outstanding debts that would be sent to collections and there is no reason that this number should be calling me. I call back and its a pre recorded stream of comcast ads. Stop calling me.

Very disorganized. I hired this agency to recover debt on two deadbeat clients. The start up process was extremely frustrating and took several phone calls and emails to setup a basic case. Almost every phone call the person on the other end kept getting the specifics of my case mixed up. I was promised on several occasions things like followup calls or emails to clarify un-answered specifics as to my case. This dragged on for weeks. Very much a sense of the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I will say that the people I spoke with on the phone were very friendly (hence why I will give them 2 stars and not 1). They were ultimately un-able to collect on any of my accounts .

Nothing special, just another worthless collection agency that puffs itself up to land accounts. Then it does nothing more than you can do internally for almost free. A business that doesn't even need to exist in it's current form.

These people are extremely rude!!! They do not know how to read a contract or interpret one. You cannot have a civil conversation with them to try and settle a dispute, they argue with you and hang up. They will not mail invoices to you that their client "claims" are due.
