This is our second time to this hotel. We haven't had a problem now, the pools are very well maintained. Small children or small games for small children to be installed is an extra. Meals, breakfast and ready-to-eat bread is enough and enough.

Room cleaning is done late, in a rush of sweat, does not wipe off on the floor.

We arrived with a family, with two small children. Excellent hotel, service, a large range of dishes, everything is very tasty, the staff is friendly and pay maximum attention to travelers. Your own beach, a large pool, the sun, what else do you need? I would definitely come back here.

The width of the hotel, the green areas, the sea, the sandy beach, the rooms, the quality of the staff I can strongly recommend. The food is pretty much. But the flavor is out of 10 6. Ultra everything is low in quality of unlimited alcoholic drinks in the package. Even if you drink 10 beers, it almost doesn't work. A place to have a friendly and free holiday with your family, your lover and your friends. If you are drinking alcohol, I recommend that you take your own drink with you. Open 24-hour bars (for dancing), pool, natural lake, hammocks, 24-hour food, sea satisfactory. Overall deserves 8 out of 10.

The five of us rested on June 2-9, 2018. For the third time we are resting according to such a system, for the second time in Belek. I chose the hotel for a very long time, because last time the quality of the hotel was high, I did not want to neglect it.
So: the check-in went quickly, but they didn't give wi-fi for 3 hours. They called the reception, demanded that we be connected, they told us that they were not in time, wait. The room was taken from an adjacent, family bungalow. The rooms are spacious, there is a door between the rooms, each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. Immediately consider that the air conditioner hangs directly opposite the bed and all the time, no matter how you set it up, it will blow in your face. Room cleaning is very mediocre, not vacuumed for 5 days. Towels were changed every day, minibar sometimes forgot to fill. The furniture is tired, of course, but overall, the room is comfortable. BE PREPARED to the fact that you will definitely not be able to sleep until 12 at night, because there is simply no sound insulation in the rooms !!! The music in the entertainment area blunts so that neither earplugs nor a pillow on your head can save you at all. You can hear what is happening near the bungalow as if they were yelling in your ear. Didn't sleep a single night normally. I had to call the reception, they can't do anything, of course. We had a number in the middle, not at the beginning, not at the end, and the audibility was such that it was simply dark.
And now the MAIN THING !!! I have a WEDDING ring from my room. Yes. it was not in the safe, it was lying in such a way that those who didn t prowl would find nothing. As a result, everything remained in place, except for the ring. The guest relations were informed, they made sure that no one except the cleaning lady and the minibar filler entered the room. But none of these comrades admitted that it was a no brainer, and my question remained in the air. To say that it is unpleasant is nothing to say !!! They did not even try to make amends for the situation. (later I read a review on Tripdvisor that money was stolen from a woman's room - apparently, this is a common "practice" for them)
Service. No. The staff does not greet, the restaurant is self-service. To change the tablecloths and put the cutlery, apparently, below their dignity, you have to go and ask. Plates are simply boorishly snatched out, not yet finished, they have already spotted you and are going "to the goal" to take away. It is very unpleasant when you eat, and the waiter crawls across the whole table, from which the smell is unpleasant.
Animation. Well .. this .. the same guys who play beach games during the day, do an amateur club in the evening and entertain guests. Not good, really. They try, of course, but these "skits" are definitely not what you expect from a hotel with a rating of 4.6
Yes, the program starts at 22.00, which is also not very convenient.
Gym ... little room .. without windows, with non-working air conditioner and very slippery floor. Shame, really.
SPA. They did not use additional services, but when mom and mother-in-law went for what is included in the price, and not FREE, as they say there, no one paid attention to them, as if they came from the street to their house.
Pros:
Territory. Yes, a chic, well-groomed, beautiful area. Just an oasis. Everything is clean, green, zoned. Close to the sea, while the territory is large.
Sea. Great beach, ample beach furniture.
Food. Everything is complete. Everything except normal meat) Veal and beef are very small. Basically, in the form of fried kefte (cutlets) with a lamb flavor. There is always a queue for meat. It can be seen that waste-free production, because the hotel has a lot of gratins and all sorts of "talkers" from what is left. Fruit was plentiful. Vegetables too. There is a dietary table, the child has something to feed. There were themed dinners. The food is average, a lot of it was very spicy.
Mini club. Big, comfortable, great animators. The only thing is that the mini disc is very late. at 20.45. The same thing every day
VERDICT: my family and my acquaintances will never go to Letunia again because of the theft and how this situation was "sorted out". Work with the staff, this is not a service. You don't feel like a guest here. The impression is that you got a ticket from the trade union cheaply and you are treated accordingly.

Although the water and juice in the mini bar in our room was not renewed. We were not asked to leave the hotel. We loved this hotel very much. Intertwined with nature. The architectural structure has been designed differently and beautiful. We loved the food served in the main restaurant in the hot buffet. Each meal is served in different varieties and we give 5 stars out of 5. If you go to the beach you are crossing the bridge and the coast is wide. Palm trees, hammocks, beds, loungers were beautifully prepared. What time you go, you're not having trouble. All bars have ayran, Turkish tea and coffee.

Unfortunately we have come to the end of a holiday that I do not want to end. Food services, customer relations, employee respect and smiling face.This is not enough to tell the holiday village sentences. Please come as a couple with your family or you and experience this unique experience.

We rested in late June and early July 19 th. Very nice hotel and grounds. There is a lot of greenery, there are sculptures and streams throughout the territory. At first we were surprised by the specific smell, but you get used to it very quickly (it comes from flowers, and there are a lot of flowers on the territory). After registering at the reception, you find yourself in a "live" corridor, through which there is a passage to the bungalow, the main building and to the pool. On the territory there are two swimming pools in front of the main building (one of them, the one that is more divided by a bridge), there is a jacuzzi and a shallow descent for children (very convenient), two more pools are located near the bungalow and one pool is completely for children.

As for the number, there are some drawbacks. But it is worth contacting the reception and our room was replaced, although there were minor nuances in it, but we did not consider them critical. The air conditioner works fine. Room cleaning and bar replenishment daily. The safe is free. In general, it is clear that the hotel is not super new, the staff makes mistakes in cleaning (stains on bedding and dressing gowns, mold in the bathroom), but towels are washed with bleach (I felt a subtle smell and I consider this a plus)
The kitchen is another story; it is simply unrealistic to stay hungry here. There are children's and diet tables, otherwise everything needs to be tried, a lot of spicy (unfortunately there are no spicy marks), themed cuisine every evening. Lots of seafood, meat, fruits. Delicious ice cream.
Live music is played every evening, and the show starts at approximately 22:00.
There is also a program for children, and here I was delighted with one animator (unfortunately I don't remember the name, but this is a woman of age and she's the only one like that, it's hard not to recognize her) this person has so much energy and love for children that she just fascinates everyone. She speaks fluently in several languages (I will not list, perhaps I did not hear all of her linguistic stock, but she is mega cool) and children like her, and this is the main thing.
Since the territory of the hotel is located far from the city center, the availability of shops is quite a good solution. And the prices are quite reasonable. There are suitcases, beach hats and hats, inflatable mattresses, circles, balls, etc., slippers and coral, diapers and tanning creams, even hair sprays and foam, towels and robes / pajamas, souvenirs and jewelry, leather / furs etc.
There are golf courses, tennis and other activities.
To summarize, the hotel is cool, international (the staff speaks both Russian and English, not all 100%, but most of them), the territory is large, well-groomed, it is a pleasure to walk along the paths, the cuisine for every taste, the sea is excellent, for those who like to ride a banana, scooter, boat, etc., all this is naturally there.
Of the small minuses, this is the state of cleanliness of the room (check immediately upon check-in) and the sellers who are too intrusive on the beach, who are a little fed up with inviting them to go to the store or on a tour every day.

Excellent family holiday hotel, we had a fun and very good quality holiday with our little daughter. It is a variety of tourists; German, French, British, Russian etc. Any area of restaurant, pool, cafe, sea and so on. When you turn your head, you can reach an official. Very nice hotel area with lots of greenery and a large garden in which are also the beautiful bungalows. Everything is well maintained. The bungalows also have two relaxation pools, one for adults only with its own pool bar.
Food is very good and extensive, one of the best in Belek.
