On September 17, three of us (parents and a 3-year-old child) settled in at 10 am on the 1st floor of a bungalow, room 3412. Further, in chronological order:
16:00 during the daytime sleep in bed found a colony of ants (photo attached)
16-15 went to the reception, asked to resolve the issue
And suggest options
18:20 returned from the beach, the room stinks with insect repellent
Then a call to the reception, an offer to air the room. My husband suggested that I put a photo of my bitten back and a photo of ants in bed on the tripadvisor.
6:30 pm - The cleaning lady arrives, pushes the bed aside and begins to rinse off with a mop a white liquid insect repellent that has been liberally applied to the tiles under the bed.
18:50 - a call to us from the guest reception, we offer to resolve the issue of room replacement within an hour.
20:00 we are transferred to a bungalow room on the 1st floor. We go in, in the room there is a persistent smell of insect repellents.
Calls again, my daughter and I are sitting on the street, since you cannot enter the room! Dear Letunia employees! Don't think that people around you are stupider than you! What did you expect? That you will splash the room and everything will be sewn-covered?
22:00 give the third number. Without strength, we rise to the technical floor of the main building. A representative of the guest relay is with us, asks if this number suits us. I answer that I cannot give a definite answer, but here at least there is no stench from funds.
23:00 - yes, the means no longer stink. It's just that, as it turned out, our room is located above the ventilation shaft, and even with the windows closed, we enjoy all the aromas coming from the kitchen. Now it stinks of fried fish. Well, the hum, like in an airplane. Great stay.
23:42 - but the ants crawled into the bed of the 3rd in a row (photos are attached). Hooray!

Letunia, are you out of your mind? Is the offer to air the room, relocation smelly rooms your maximum? There is only one desire - to leave here and never return.
I sincerely hope that you will have enough resources to provide us with rest according to the stated parameters.

Letoonia Golf Resort! We stayed in May 2019 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to. Yes, it's a bit older, but that's what makes the charm so special. It is very grown, many plants, very clean! Everything has been renovated! Really nice. If you want peace, you have the! If you want a bit more action, you get it too. One of the best animation teams we've ever had. My girlfriend wants the yoga! I archery! Especially Army was great! the food is very varied! The beach was clean and very nice! We really had nothing to complain about! Great holiday! Absolutely recommended!

Gorgeous hotel with nature and greenery. the birds are great with ducks fishes. The whole team is caliskan. guest satisfaction is given onem. The menus are rich in snack s. Eat as much as you can. a future hotel again.

This is a very nice hotel with a wide range of facilities. It is very clean, the grounds are beautifully kept. Pool area is large with ample sunbeds. Our room was large and shaded by the trees. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

My family (wife and three kids) and i stay at Letoonia in end-April. We had an awesome time. My kids loved the mini club. The staff were very courteous and friendly and organized interesting activities for the kids. The evening programme was quite entertaining and fun. Every evening, my kids were eager to watch the show. Well done, animination team!! One advantage of going in this season was that there were queues any where. I would highly recommend the resort for families.

We returned from vacation last week and were pleased. We were accommodated in the bungalow, the room was spacious, so was the bathroom. Daily cleaning was done, the towels were changed, the minibar was filled. The food was good, you had to choose from and if you were very picky. Friendly staff, sympathetic entertainers, made us feel great both during the day and at the evening show.
We will come back with pleasure.

We liked the garden and the beach. The area is wide and the areas of use are very well adjusted. An ideal hotel for families with children. The facilities are spacious. Quality service. Everyone working was friendly and courteous. The dishes are always hot and tasty which you go by every hour.

I m a travel agent so my job is to be truthful about my opinion- I ve had a fantastic time here and would recommend this hotel if your looking for a family get away or a couples holiday. There is a variety of food through out the day and in the evenings most days are themed and entertainment is fabulous. I would like say the service at the hotel is exceptional especially Guest Relations. So come here and have a fantastic time.....I m sure you will love it here

Nice hotel, the territory is very beautiful, the sea is pleasant and warm. Streams and a large river on the territory add their own charm. Food is plentiful, but the most common (like for a 5-star hotel) - no frills. Animators work out for 5+. The evening shows are a little monotonous and have not changed for several years, but this is a question for the administration, not for the animators. The bartenders are great, always polite and well served. The staff at the restaurant are also great.
There are several comments. When the hotel is 100% full, there are no empty seats on the beach in the morning, all the sun loungers are filled with towels (the owners themselves pull up only by 9-30 - 10-00, alas, typical for Russians and Ukrainians). The second problem is that the central air conditioner in the main building works very weakly. I am 100% sure that its power is limited by the administration, therefore it is useless to regulate its temperature; in my opinion, it is set at an average of about 25 degrees. In the morning, its power is often limited even more, so that it blows with room air, without cooling.
Well, and most importantly (for me), despite the fact that a room in a bungalow was purchased (and the hotel confirmed a reservation in a bungalow), they settled in the main building and refused to settle in a bungalow. (There are no problems with air conditioners in bungalows, because they are almost completely covered by greenery and do not warm up like the main building, besides there are independent split systems).

I stayed at many hotels due to my business and we liked this place most. Staff respectful. The garden is well maintained, the areas are handy. The sea is clean and the blue flag is the award. Rooms are spacious. Peaceful well-kept nice hotel. We were satisfied.

The quizlong finding quiz is annoying to follow the clock of everything.
Everything has built-in businesses which makes it much more successful.
The hustle and bustle is uncomfortable, the event goes from holiday to camping.
We also realized how accurate the hotels do the cleaning of the rooms 2 times a day.

Very nice complex of five-star hotels, very pleasant staff speaks German, English and a little French. Very nice stay.

Beautiful hotel and grounds right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean with bedding and towels changed everyday. The bungalow rooms are the same as the hotel rooms so only worth upgrading if you want sea/pool view. The hotel staff were very good and helpful. The entertainment team were good especially Gino, hes a great laugh. The pools were very nice and big and 3 slides on from 10am-6pm to keep children happy. 2 adults only relax pools nestled in the grounds were beautiful and still got plenty of sun. The food in the hotel was very nice but unless they had a theme night on it was repetitive. Breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from but I really missed a toaster for the bread (which was amazing) there was also a great selection of drinks to choose from available all day and into the early hours. Entertainment was good but alot of it involved guests instead of just been able to watch the staff. The Turkish baths were very good and cost 50euro for scrub, peel and massage. Would highly recommend. I had a female do my scrub and peel and she was excellent. I would recommend this hotel and we would return!

Landscape, cleanliness, outdoor, very nice food, not bad, you can always eat all kinds of meat, snacks are very poor, there are lots of families with babies, but there is no baby care room. I came for 10 days and we are here on holiday

At this hotel now. It exceeds most if not all expectations. Currently in block c room 2013 overlooking the relax pool, perfect. Initial impressions are the fabric of the hotel is a little tired but wait till you get inside the place is laid out like a tropical paradise. Streams running through down to a nature reserve area. Its clear theres an ongoing investment program with excellent showers (the best in any hotel we've stayed at/ new toilet blocks etc being introduced). Butterflies birds and fabulous flowers. We've discovered four pools and literally hundreds and hundreds of sunbeds hammocks etc. Its right on the very clean beach too. The minibar/safe/air conn water towels all free........not like in other hotels we've been too. There are loads of staff here all very friendly none expecting tips like in other places which is nice. Massive kids club too. Highly recommended hotel.

Housekeeping, meals, amenities, all in all a wonderful, have a very nice day with my children. We stay in F block.

Not a hotel I can recommend ... I can even say the worst hotel in the resort. Please especially families with children but please consider it good before you go.

I love this hotel. Here was the second time. Everything is impeccable. This is a few days of paradise. This time, something with a birthday was not congratulated at the hotel. But Letoonia forgive, every day is a holiday.

Everything is very nice, animators, staff, everything is amazing, the food is very fresh, it is suitable for everyone's taste.
It is a hotel where all kinds of people can come, especially families can come, you will never be bored in this hotel, you are always busy.

I went last year and every day of my 10-day vacation was very nice and enjoyable. In fact, when we leave the hotel, we started to make plans for the next year to reserve a place in the hotel.

Let's start with the rooms first. We stayed on the top floor and in one of the largest rooms, it was clean and tidy, and it was also nice to have one side facing the sea. the hotel is very clean in general.
each of the employees made us feel at home, the food was delicious and wide in variety. the animation team also ranks number one for me. We had a particularly good time with rami, kimo and mimo. in general we liked it very much and I highly recommend it.

note: I could not go this year due to some work, but my cousins chose this place again and spent their holidays here.

Although the hotel is full because of a large area is very spacious, the hotel to get information about the hotel, I would definitely recommend the guest relations next to the ferhan hanim.Ayrica I am very clean and very careful. Absolutely an amazing time spent at this resort! The rooms are clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, more than enough variety of food and drinks 24/7. Loads of activities, great pools and beach! Discounted rates for the golf courses in the area! Not a single complaint!

We have been to Letoonia 14 times in October 2016 and it is always like coming home. Everything was great and we will be back in April.

After just arriving back after 10 days stay ,The hotel was really clean ,food was fantastic ,and Entertainment was really good ,bad side about this hotel is that most of the staff do not speak any English so trying to ask for simple things like drinks etc they don't seem to under stand .The garden's look lovely and room's cleaned every day

Perfect customer service, very friendly staff, many things that pushes me to leave a positive feedback with 5 star rating. the night shows in the beautiful theatre is amazing, there are plenty of activities for kids the management is very helpful, my wife and my kids were ill they didn't enjoy the last 4 days but the first 3 days was our best holiday times in our life. Rooms ( specially bathroom) was super clean, Thanks Letoonia for letting my wife and kids stay half day for free until the pick up time to airport. If I write all about Letoonia I will need more time to do it but in one word Try Letoona you will not regret.

Nice hotel with beautiful landscaped gardens, enough moorings on the beach with palm trees. Driving range available 175 meters long, so only to be used with irons. Rooms are spacious with hard beds. Fantastic kitchen with very extensive choice.

Hotel rustic style and stunning staff and very services
The food is of a particularly high standard and dinner by the pool.
One problem is that the spa people at reception are not nice at all and lie to customers and really spoil the good experience of customers from the hotel and be careful of them.
Personally I stole money illegally in getting the spa and none of the hotel unfortunately could not help me.

Now in more detail.
We rested at the Letoonia Golf resort at the end of June 2018 with a family, two adults and two children 5 and 6 years old. From the airport to the hotel, a group transfer takes about 30 minutes.
Checking in at the hotel took no more than 5 minutes, which after a long delay in the flight, we were rather tired, it made us very happy.
The room was provided in a bungalow on the third floor overlooking the park area. Almost a huge pine tree rested against our balcony, which gave shade to the room, and we hardly had to use the air conditioner even in the hottest. The room is large, was cleaned daily, the minibar was replenished daily, bathroom accessories were supplemented as needed.
A huge plus of the hotel is its territory, which is large enough, green, well-groomed. Well thought out areas for relaxation and active entertainment. Many locations for beautiful Instagram photos. An artificial stream runs throughout the territory, which provides additional moisture on a hot day. There are many different statues, animal figurines, there is a small waterfall.
The beach is very beautiful in a Caribbean style with large palm trees. There are a lot of sun loungers, but due to the fact that the tourists occupied the sun loungers with towels from early morning, and went to fill up themselves, the late arrived at the beach by 10 am no longer found free sun loungers. Therefore, I had to adjust to this rhythm. This is one of the disadvantages of the hotel. At the end of our stay, more sun loungers were added, which slightly improved the situation.
The food in the restaurants is very good, there was always fruit, a variety of meats, pastries, desserts. Every morning you can make yourself a freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. There is a dietary table, cereals, yoghurts, buns. In the beach bar during the day they cooked gesleme, for which there was always a queue. For the first time they tried gesleme with chocolate, very tasty. Bottled beer is also available at this bar.
Active daytime animation for adults. Once there was a foam party on the beach during the day. For the children in the evening they organized a mini-disco, in the afternoon for my children it was boring in the mini-club. The amphitheater hosted an evening amateur show every evening by local animators. During our entire stay, there were never any invited artists, as is usually the case in other 5 * hotels. Live music was played every evening in the relaxation zone.
In general, we liked the hotel very much. We can confidently recommend it to our friends. This is not the first time in Turkey, and every time in a new 5 * hotel. Most likely we will return to this hotel again !!!

Night entertainment is zero. Food is good. The beach is good but the sea is blurry and deep. There is animation, but it is bad. Rooms are good.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing holiday at letoonia, it was magical, we will definitely go back again.
It was unbelievable how much effort the management and all the staff put in to make sure all the guests have a fabulous time.

Had holiday here last year for the first time.. absolutely loved it..so decided to rebook again this year. Currently here and once a gain cannot fault it. Staff are you so friendly..we are staying in bungalow style room. Which are situated between front reception walkway and main pool area..setting is great amongst pathways and beautiful gardens and flowers. Food is of great quality something for everyone's tastes at breakfast lunch and dinner...then there's the inbetween snack bars like on the beach and the coffee and afternoon cake, tirkush pancakes made fresh daily near beach snack bar and not forgetting the free room service menu from midnight to 7am ish . Cocktails tasty and alcoholic drinks fab. Always bottled water available to take freely. Short taxi journey to local market. Very reasonable rates. Bargains to be had there. Hotel has its own beach and watersports available from there. Entertainment team Work tirelessly day and night with lots of activities and shows in the evenings

Letoonia Belek is such a lovely place. Staff are friendly and very attentive.
Food is good lots of variety. Bungalows are spacious and set our well with 2 relaxing pools in between. Main pool is where the action is if you want to join in with the midday games with holiday reps. Comfy chairs and a relaxing atmosphere at the bar too.

Was there a year ago, everything is fine, I liked everything. The disadvantage was in the old rooms and already peeled facades of buildings. Buildings and rooms are very demanding repairs. Perhaps this year the issue was decided.

The hotel is excellent, no complaints about accommodation, cleaning, or food. The only thing is that the music plays loudly in the evening from the theater, but Letunya in Fethiye is better and the area is bigger and somehow everything is close by inside the territory, dinner in a restaurant overlooking the sea , the performances in the theater are cool, in Belek no, and even the shops on site are better. Also in Belek there is no place to walk besides the hotel, in Fethiye it is possible in the city itself to take a walk and go to Oludeniz and many different excursions.

Wonderfull place, good food. There could be little improvement in staff's attitude but i must say there were very professional through out.

The exterior of the hotel is great in terms of cleanliness, but it sucks in cleanliness.In the interior of the room and especially on the balcony there is a smell of urine.

Of all the hotels in Belek, where I've been, this has enjoyed the most. A great cuisine, especially grilled, is varied throughout the rest. A beach with palm trees and hammocks, where you can lie in the sun and hide in the shade. Also liked the affordable price. Some complaints were caused by the staff - not very attentive and somewhat indifferent.

It has a very nice quiet spacious atmosphere. The playground is very nice. The rooms are also very nice. No food. Fish meat varieties pide veggies, salads ..... be careful not to lose weight. Beautiful hotel with a beautiful area. Live animation team with a captivating show in the evenings. Ideal for families with children, where everyone can find activities in addition to the wonderful beach, decorated in the Caribbean style. The beach is clean, clean, the sea affectionate.

I've been in a five-star hotel. I did not see the attention of the staff here and the smiling face. The structure and environment planning of the hotel is great. The beach is immaculate. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. I would like to thank all the staff especially the barman Serkan Bey, the waiters Aiperi Han m and Murat Bey in the pool bar, and I congratulate Letoonia on working with these staff.

We spent 7 days paradise from June 26 to June 3 in your beautiful hotel, bartenders and waiters are all friendly and what to say animators all without exemption are great in sports and what quality at the show of 22 hours we return

We are spending a very nice holiday here. The food is very tasty, personel is friendly and helpful, the territory is beautiful and green.I will recommend it to my friends and definitely will come back again!

Lots of choice fun, relax, eat, drink, you choose there's space and a place for all. This resort is nicely set out over a large area to include the four pool areas, adult one is nice and secluded. Riverside under the trees in hammocks, or beach with loungers and shades. All areas have dedicated bars too. There are a variety of AI eateries make sure you know what the timetable is for each area. Great service from all. I had no problems with gluten and dairy free food, I contacted the desk on arrival they let the main dining areas know and I was helped every meal time. A real delightful experience to not feel awkward! My husband enjoyed the variety available and was never bored with the choices. The room was great and easy access to everything, fridge refilled daily, room and bathroom nice and clean. Recommend you use the free spa facilities but I also enjoyed the special deal for cleansing your skin before sunbathing. We joined the bocci game on the beach, great fun and worth the heat (take water and a hat with you!) There's a good selection of cocktails included and variety of hot and non alcoholic drinks too. Enjoy your stay.

Many times was in this hotel and still want. All at the highest level. And I especially want to mention the animation team: a nightly show program of the highest class.

Good hotel. Very green area. Optimal price-performance ratio. Good beach, well-maintained. There are hammocks, a pontoon, plastic chairs in which you can sit in the sea. Music only in the evening.

The location of the hotel, its surroundings, the staff and the resturant was good. The rooms were awful beds were very bad also I felt like a city in Russia, this was not good for me in a hotel in Turkish and Turkish culture, a holiday was done completely.
