The five of us rested on June 2-9, 2018. For the third time we are resting according to such a system, for the second time in Belek. I chose the hotel for a very long time, because last time the quality of the hotel was high, I did not want to neglect it.
So: the check-in went quickly, but they didn't give wi-fi for 3 hours. They called the reception, demanded that we be connected, they told us that they were not in time, wait. The room was taken from an adjacent, family bungalow. The rooms are spacious, there is a door between the rooms, each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. Immediately consider that the air conditioner hangs directly opposite the bed and all the time, no matter how you set it up, it will blow in your face. Room cleaning is very mediocre, not vacuumed for 5 days. Towels were changed every day, minibar sometimes forgot to fill. The furniture is tired, of course, but overall, the room is comfortable. BE PREPARED to the fact that you will definitely not be able to sleep until 12 at night, because there is simply no sound insulation in the rooms !!! The music in the entertainment area blunts so that neither earplugs nor a pillow on your head can save you at all. You can hear what is happening near the bungalow as if they were yelling in your ear. Didn't sleep a single night normally. I had to call the reception, they can't do anything, of course. We had a number in the middle, not at the beginning, not at the end, and the audibility was such that it was simply dark.
And now the MAIN THING !!! I have a WEDDING ring from my room. Yes. it was not in the safe, it was lying in such a way that those who didn t prowl would find nothing. As a result, everything remained in place, except for the ring. The guest relations were informed, they made sure that no one except the cleaning lady and the minibar filler entered the room. But none of these comrades admitted that it was a no brainer, and my question remained in the air. To say that it is unpleasant is nothing to say !!! They did not even try to make amends for the situation. (later I read a review on Tripdvisor that money was stolen from a woman's room - apparently, this is a common "practice" for them)
Service. No. The staff does not greet, the restaurant is self-service. To change the tablecloths and put the cutlery, apparently, below their dignity, you have to go and ask. Plates are simply boorishly snatched out, not yet finished, they have already spotted you and are going "to the goal" to take away. It is very unpleasant when you eat, and the waiter crawls across the whole table, from which the smell is unpleasant.
Animation. Well .. this .. the same guys who play beach games during the day, do an amateur club in the evening and entertain guests. Not good, really. They try, of course, but these "skits" are definitely not what you expect from a hotel with a rating of 4.6
Yes, the program starts at 22.00, which is also not very convenient.
Gym ... little room .. without windows, with non-working air conditioner and very slippery floor. Shame, really.
SPA. They did not use additional services, but when mom and mother-in-law went for what is included in the price, and not FREE, as they say there, no one paid attention to them, as if they came from the street to their house.
Pros:
Territory. Yes, a chic, well-groomed, beautiful area. Just an oasis. Everything is clean, green, zoned. Close to the sea, while the territory is large.
Sea. Great beach, ample beach furniture.
Food. Everything is complete. Everything except normal meat) Veal and beef are very small. Basically, in the form of fried kefte (cutlets) with a lamb flavor. There is always a queue for meat. It can be seen that waste-free production, because the hotel has a lot of gratins and all sorts of "talkers" from what is left. Fruit was plentiful. Vegetables too. There is a dietary table, the child has something to feed. There were themed dinners. The food is average, a lot of it was very spicy.
Mini club. Big, comfortable, great animators. The only thing is that the mini disc is very late. at 20.45. The same thing every day
VERDICT: my family and my acquaintances will never go to Letunia again because of the theft and how this situation was "sorted out". Work with the staff, this is not a service. You don't feel like a guest here. The impression is that you got a ticket from the trade union cheaply and you are treated accordingly.
