Two stays in this fabulous hotel with contemporary and refined decor. Pleasant staff. Hearty and fresh breakfast. The thalassotherapy is also extraordinary and very professional. Try Cryotherapy of the whole body it's FABULOUS! The pool is superb! A place to discover, much nicer than Normandy, which has become so commonplace and poorly attended, or than the old-fashioned Royal.

We spent three family days there with my 2 year old son. The staff are very professional and really attentive. We were disappointed with our first room (an alcove window of 1m maximum from the ground). We were moved to another room from the second night. Due to the health crisis we used room service a lot and everything was perfect, always on time and quality food. Everything has been done to facilitate our stay with our son (travel cot, bottle warmer, diaper bins, changing mat ...) The hotel is extremely well located just in front of the beach of Trouville, we cannot really not better in terms of location. Only downside: the sanitary facilities are not really up to 5 star standards. The bathroom is quite small with the toilet inside admittedly separated by a sliding door. And the bathtub temperature controller in our room (no shower) left something to be desired. But this imperfection is largely compensated by a staff with little care and a top location.

Very disapointed.
Far below the standard it displays.
Dusty room, damaged walls, unpleasant waitress at the bar and on the terrace.
We are still waiting for our drinks ....

A marvel that this building housing the splendid sea cures hotel from the Mgallery collection.

The building is incredibly beautiful and refinement is present.

By the way, a huge thank you to Julie for the nice surprise she had in store for us when we came.

We were treated to a magnificent suite on the seafront, and above all with a private terrace of 17m2. Simply incredible.

Our stay was perfect, despite a few small points of detail that I must list you.

1. Some young staff (2 people) in the breakfast service should learn to be more courteous to customers. Hello is a minimum and "what do you want" inappropriate, given the standard of the establishment.

2. The staff in the swimming pool who ignore us completely and moreover communicate false information to us.

Aside from those two details, everything was perfect.

A very big thank you also to this young homle at the bar who provided an exceptional quality of service when we had a drink before leaving the hotel. I no longer remember his first name but it was July 18, 2019 around 3:30 p.m.

The CURES MARINES turned out to be extremely pleasant and we will be back with joy.

The temperature of the room was unacceptable, we were cold when we got inside! Their answer was that we had to wait until the next morning because nobody was able to correct the problem ...
We were disturbed several times in our room for very bad reasons during these two days!
They could have called rather than knock on our door ...
They park your car on arrival and you bill 32! And to top it all off they found the way to scratch my car by loading the luggage ...
In short, the price is very far from the service ...

A restaurant staff, who does not want to eat in 1912. A bartender can be slow to serve his guests. Too bad for a "5etoile" The Mercury on the other side will be better, cheaper for quality service.

Ouch! Already mold ...
Since their reopening in 2015, Les Cures Marines has given one more reason to spend weekends in Trouville for healthy getaways, splashing around and enjoying good oysters in Trouville.
But after almost 5 years, some flaws appear. It is these details and how the establishment addresses them that will be judged whether the establishment can maintain its 5-star rank, justifying its rates.

Quality of irreproachable reception
Arrived at 10:00, the room is ready and that is much appreciated. We had taken care to warn them.

Great look and space, but we quickly get disillusioned in the details
We put our Ch 304 things down and the few short comings and goings during the day mean that the smell of "musty" is not too shocking. In the evening it is another matter. The air conditioning or rather ventilation does not seem to work.
We open the window but we can only hear the seagulls so much, which normally do not come alive until daybreak, that we close immediately.
We sleep badly despite a large comfortable bed. It's not unbreathable, but it's embarrassing.
The most serious is the shower. The clean side contrasts with the absolutely unacceptable traces of mold. But there may be a link with the evacuation, the air conditioning.
We put products on the timely shelf and damn it, how wobbly it falls. We take the shower head whose bar turns out to be rattling! No ! It is not worthy of the level of requirement.
The curtain in the living room is partly unhooked, which in itself can happen but the person who so carefully put the chocolate down, prepared the bed should have fixed it.
Night therefore rather detestable. In the morning we manipulate the air conditioning buttons that we had not found the day before. Yet clearly visible. But we looked more for the controls in the lobby, not between the TV and the coffee machine. We turn right and left, we can't hear anything.

Great listening quality
We show the photos at reception. Everything is noted. We will escalate information on the air conditioning problem, traces of mold, rickety shelves and shower bars.
Sorry, the front desk person is offering a late check out at 2:00 PM which the schedule will not accommodate. But is it enough to make up for the terrible disappointment.
To finish
So 1 star because even if the management of this establishment is perfect, benevolent, we must draw very strong attention to what could be wrong in the future and which supporting photos is simply unacceptable, not to say unforgivable.

Obviously, I should have just reported things the day before and I would have just been moved to another room. But after having trudged around the city, we choose precisely this type of accommodation so as not to have this type of inconvenience.

Breakfast and spa are always generous. When it comes to pancakes, you would watch out of the corner of your eye to have the person at their post. Invisible ! It would still be easier to order at the same time as the coffee rather than having to watch the person in charge leaving frustrated that they could not have satisfied their sweet tooth.

Nice hotel. High-end service. Staff caring. No defect.

We stayed at the Hotel Cure Marine as a couple. The hotel team is very welcoming, very professional and very kind: worthy of a 5 star!
However, a pity for a 5 star hotel ... we still took a Deluxe room with a sea view, there were lots of scratches on the parquet, damaged wall angles, a shelf unscrewed (problem solved very quickly ) and no little things to snack on when we arrived. Obviously that didn't stop us from having a pleasant stay, but I think a 5 star should be perfect down to the details.
One evening we wanted two glasses of red wine in Room Service: no more red wine! Surprising for a hotel of this standard. He's supposed to have a lot of bottles in stock ...
Regarding the seawater baths, okay but nothing incredible. Especially since people did not respect the time slots imposed on each one, therefore: a lot of people and no place on the deckchairs :(
Sauna on the other hand very pleasant. We also loved the gym / weight training and exercise room which was very well equipped.
Finally, concerning the Californian massage in duo, very relaxing and pleasant but also a few points to review especially with the light too strong, it would have been necessary to turn it off ... All the massages that I had the opportunity to do in different hotels would turn off the lights so it's much more relaxing.

All in all, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay but little things to review that do not, I think, live up to 5 stars =)

This is the 4th or 5th time that we are among you and it is with immense pleasure that we return in August. Each time, each remark made is taken into account for the next passage. What team !

What a shame that the spa is buried while we are by the sea

2-night Zen getaway booked for the end of July 2019. Staff smiling and available without being stuffy. Splendid renovation of this establishment which highlights all its charm.
Sea view room on the 2nd floor: impeccable cleanliness, sober and chic decoration, very comfortable bedding. Comfortable bathroom with large shower and sufficient space to dispose of your belongings. Peace and absolute silence in the hotel day and night despite a weekend in high season. Hearty breakfast: varied choice of salty and sweet.
Comfortable spa and warm welcome from professionals who care about our well-being at every stage of the stay. Very well organized program (logical continuation between the different treatments) and respected by the minute. Balneotherapy treatments of sufficient duration and providing certain relaxation. Pleasant rest room to wait between treatments. Divine body then face massages. Solarium well oriented and spacious enough not to feel oppressed by other guests.
Paid parking at 25 per day but in high season, the surrounding car parks display similar prices.
Catering 12h and evening not tested.
A dream holiday, the cost of which is well deserved.

Superb hotel with attentive staff. Personalized welcome in your room much appreciated. Very large and pleasant "superior interior courtyard view" room, with its "lounge area". The new television is even at the limit too small considering the size of the room. Chromecast equipment allows you to stream your Netflix content (for example) from your tablet or mobile phone.
Room service menu (useful given the curfew) leaving enough choice and with dishes cooked on site. The portions are nevertheless a bit "stingy" and the service has obviously suffered from a difficult restart: 1 hour 30 minutes late in delivery.

Looking forward to returning for a stay with fewer sanitary restrictions and more open services.

One regret the restaurant 1921 was exceptionally closed and we had considered testing ...

This is the 4th time i have the opportunity to visit this outstanding hotel. Whether it is for a short week end or for a week, I need to say that this is always a very good time. From the arrival , until the departure the hotel staff is just very good (rate 5\5). The rooms , I try the junior suite or executive room with view, all are simply great, functional, modern and design - bed quality is excellent (rate 5\5) . Both restaurants are great. With children the brasserie is the best option . The gourmet Restaurant is outstanding but could be a bit long for children. Otherwise there are both great with two different experience of course (rate 5\5). Last of course is the location and the proximity with the beach - simply unique . The hotel has a unique atmosphere - with a unique sense of professionalism.

I had a very pleasant time at the Cures Marines between the star restaurant, the 1912, absolutely magnificent culinary creativity, my exchanges with the director, the seaweed wrap and the hot stone massage in the SPA. The pools have re-energized me and the terrace has allowed me to take beautiful colors. The terrace of the room and the small Nespresso to drink a coffee without disturbing the room service, at the top! Thanks to all the staff for its lovely welcome. For a day, I thought I was a star! :-) I will come back with my lover, that's for sure!

Excellent welcome, smiling and attentive staff. The decoration is neat and very elegant. Gym a little small but spa at the top. Small flat on the parking rate 25 per day while it is often free in other establishments of the same range, in addition we had taken 2 rooms ... Breakfast with a large selection and spa treatments perfect. A very pleasant family holiday, we will come back with pleasure.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. A little disappointed with the Thalasso, hence one star less. Pool area 2 seawater pools but few reclining chairs.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel, however the Spa leaves much to be desired.
My facial treatment consisted of a few gestures and then a mask that the practitioner left on for 30 minutes, leaving the room and leaving me alone, half cold! Over 50 minutes of treatment, this is not normal.
In addition, despite my request, the treatment was not adapted to my skin, which is however the least of things.
After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was only offered a 30% discount on the treatment, which attests to a certain lack of elegance on the part of this so-called luxury establishment.
