Worst experience ever. My resume was very basic and lackluster. While I understand they cannot guarantee interviews, they should be able to help you build your resume so that it can at least get you a screening interview. I was advised by multiple HR TA folks to get my resume redone after seeing what they delivered. I reached out to the company about my concern and was contacted by George who immediately bashed my personally about my length of time with companies not knowing that 3 out of my last 5 jobs since 2000 were contract jobs which have a 6-12 month duration. He continued to insult me in his email. This company is extremely unprofessional.
Worst company ever to use for a resume writing. Rude and unprofessional people. President doesn't know how to talk to people. They can only write a targeted resume for a specific position if you need resume for another position you need to buy another service. Would advise to look somewhere else.
Bought a resume rewrite package, but in actuality I did most of the writing and all they did was copy and paste from my old resume and information questionnaire. Its very impersonal, they don't get to know you this way to paint you in the best light. What really peeved me the most was the way they formatted the document was so inconsistent. Some items were bold, some were not. Different spacing sizes in between various sections, all very small things in the grand scheme of it but important things that a recruiter is going to pick up on quickly and throw into the 'do not contact' bin. The bottom boarder line they applied to the entire document does not print out on paper unless you format the entire document. They advertise 2 revisions, but really you only get 1. I'd stay away from what they have to offer and find a more reputable firm to help with rewriting a resume.
