Concerns the website. I do not know what grade assigned. It is rather mixed. Order running shoes on the site. The prices are good. The disadvantage is that we choose at least two pairs to be able to try, even three and to return them it is paying full price (pity as a Lepape professional could negotiate and provide us with a prepaid label). We waste a lot of time on the site of La Poste and with the printing of the colissimo label followed (mandatory). You have to fill out a form. The original package is a recovery, therefore unusable or DIY. I don't know if I will renew. Pity !

I ordered a pair of shoes at LePape and it continues to be a miserable experience. I ordered a wrong size, called them to reserve another pair and sent the correct documentation per mail for the exchange process. As requested, I sent them back on my own expense and although the Belgian post clearly indicates the shoes have been delivered on 2 May (see picture below), LePape does not acknowledge reception, although we are 9 days after delivery to this day. As a customer I feel cheated and helpless.
I bought a pair of Skechers Go Run two years ago. It is one of my favorite brands for running and perfect for the practice of triathlon I wanted to buy a pair of Go Trail and surprise they no longer sell this brand. In the future I will avoid buying from Lepape again as much as possible, and will not recommend this chain of stores as much as possible. "You can watch the man model at the entrance". Ok. I'm a woman and I want to see a Trek woman bike. No WOMAN bike in the store. You can order one .... but without seeing or trying it. Women know how to ride bikes in fact gentlemen sellers (no women in the store). Following a customer service call France Trek, efficient and kind, another store has been found.
We came during the Christmas holidays in Paris and we took the opportunity to buy for our daughter who begins the athletic spikes and warm outfits for the winter. Home more than average by a gentleman who seems to be there by force and gives us the impression that we do it ....... to stay polite! I went there to buy shoes because on their site there are lots of choices and good prices with old model. Result: a Parisian store near the very chic Arc de Triomphe, with staff who are absolutely out of touch, who manage several customers at the same time, look elsewhere when we talk to him and nod to make him kind listens to us, in addition the advice (if it is advice) is all just inadequate depending on what we are looking for ... If you want to be fooled and pay 150 for unsuitable shoes go there! And if you tried to delete my comment I would systematically repost it!
