Used this company to move home. A very good price. They were on time, courteous and worked their socks off. When the realised that they need another lorry it was here in no time, at no extra cost. Good communication from the office from start to finish. I would recommend them.
DO NOT USE My housing used this company to store my goods my tv went missing and the will not take any responsibility for it it s disgusting
Very nice and friendly driver. Got to my destination on time and help me move my stuffs to my accommodation.
Great removal service, I d recommend to friends and family! Down side is they are a bit slow but get the job done and when it s done it s a great turn out for all.
Quality must be horrendous if the behaviour I have just witnessed. Vehicles blocking private property bays used by VULNERABLE PHYSICALLY DISABLED RESIDENTS & even after advising them so the attitude was aggressive, comment of not my problem is shockingly IGNORANT & awesome representation of the company. STAY AWAY
As reported to Crown Promotions' office,an employee of this company forced open a window in a communal area of our block of flats whilst moving a tenant out,pulling the window lock off. The employee denied responsibility and,despite the contracts manager returning to the site,the window remains unlocked,presenting a security issue. If Crown Promotions sorts this problem out I will remove this review. I have posted 27 other Google reviews that were all 5 star apart from this one
you collected items from my property yes 4 years ago so what, you was getting paid. rude staff saying ive signed for all my stuff when i only got my signed for part concisigment. now aiming uve had all my good. im missing 71 items oil paintings boxes with clothes childrens toys ornaments Hold all bags Shoes Baby clothes All my stuff from a 4 bedroom house now they are telling me there is nothing i can do. And i cannot go to the warehouse due to covid rules. I just want to check myself disgusting attitude
