I bought my first road bike from Lepape rue d'Artois. I didn't know anything about it and they accompanied me from A to Z by giving me precious advice from start to finish (from clothes to wear to screwing on certain parts of the bike). The "after-sales follow-up" is perfect. They always respond efficiently to emails and the phone, not to mention the possibility of coming at any time with their bike to the store for a review or advice.

I have rarely seen such a level of professionalism, availability and support in a store. Well done and thank you.
