Garmin watch brought to after-sales service. No loan watch. Delay announced from 3 to 4 weeks. No news after 5 weeks. I call the store and I am told that it will be ready the following week and that I will be called. No news the following week. I call the store and I am told that we do not know when it will be ready and that no compensation is planned. It's a shame. In the future I will avoid buying from Lepape again as much as possible, and will not recommend this chain of stores as much as possible. I understand that Lepape is not responsible for Garmin's delays, but that is no reason not to keep his client informed as promised. Lepape is not required to lend equipment during the after-sales service, I just point out that this was not the case and that's a shame.
