I am looking to replace my excellent aging Trek bike with a dual Sport Trek. Visit September 27 at Lepape to see the model. Sellers smiling but not welcoming. "You can watch the man model at the entrance". Ok. I'm a woman and I want to see a Trek woman bike. No WOMAN bike in the store. You can order one .... but without seeing or trying it.
Women know how to ride bikes in fact gentlemen sellers (no women in the store).
Following a customer service call France Trek, efficient and kind, another store has been found.
