Unfortunately after a great sales experience, I ve found the rest of Len Stoler s customer service to be lackluster at best. After an incomplete first service and a few less than ideal interactions I was happy to forgive, the service offered a full detailing for my trouble. When I had this done, they slapped a dealership emblem on my car (that I ve now owned for months) without my permission, and when I objected, no apology was offered, nor even an acknowledgement that it shouldn t have happened. There was a complete lack of understanding that their service department is responsible for anything that happens to my car when they have it, and has undermined my trust in handing my keys over to them. When I expressed this to both the service and sales managers, I got zero response of any kind. I guess they ve just decided they don t want my business, so I'll take it to another dealership.
To boot, after nearly three months and several attempts to get them that had been shrugged at, finally when I went in person I discovered my license plates had been sitting in a drawer for 2-3 weeks. No one had made any attempt to let me know they were in, because my salesperson is no longer working there. I suspect they d have never reached out at all if I hadn t gone in and asked for them myself.

Original review of sales experience, summer 2020:
I dropped in on Len Stoler Hyundai interested in a Kona. Travis was the salesperson who caught my husband and I on our way in. He was professional and courteous throughout our visit, understood that I wasn't going to be hassled into a sale and that I was in research mode.

In the end, I returned the following weekend and bought the Kona I'd driven. I was not interested in an extended buying process, negotiation, etc: I knew what the car and my trade in were worth, and Travis was able to get his numbers in line with mine. We were in and out in what is probably record time for a new car sale.

I've now recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so when people compliment my new ride (which they've already done, a lot!). I would happily come back to work with Travis again in the future.
