My last experience at Len Stoler Hyundai was probably my best experience in years dealing with them. I have been a Len Stoler customer since 2013. When I purchased my second vehicle from them I noticed the customer service in the service department had gone down. I would have to call to see if my vehicle was ready, I was not receiving updates on my vehicle like before, and there had been times when I went to either drop or pick my vehicle up no one would speak to me until I walked up to a desk directly. My service in June was great and it was due to Brandon Rupert. He was very caring, updated me regularly, and spoke before I even had the chance to gather my belongings out of the car. The man who checks the vehicles in even opened my door when I pulled in. Thanks to Brandon and the gentleman who first greeted me Len Stoler Hyundai may get more business from me.

It is situations and people like Chris that have kept me from getting my vehicle serviced at Len Stoler Hyundai but as I stated in the beginning, Brandon and the guy who greeted me and opened my car door may have given Len Stoler another chance at getting their once faithful, long time customer back.
